Unfortunate that I have to leave this kind of review because my initial service was great. However, my car’s repair that was supposed to take about a week has now taken over a month. I was told it would be ready one day, then it was extended over and over again and I still have no real trust in when I can get my car back. While I don’t know how at fault the staff are of these delays, it’s extremely frustrating regardless.

Mark and his team are amazing. We were hit by someone a week after buying our brand new car, and Colorado Coach was amazing in helping us get our car back in new condition. This is our new go to auto body shop! Professional, extremely friendly, and does amazing work.

Caught my Audi TT bumper on a curb and brought it to these guys for an insurance claim. (Bumper cover alone was like 1500 dollars). Brought it to them because they are Audi certified and use only Audi parts. I thought that only the bumper cover was damaged so to save time I asked if they could order the bumper cover and paint it so I can still have my car while some of the work is being done. They said they could do that which was awesome! I brought them the insurance check to get things started. They called when it was painted and I brought it in. They did end up finding some more things wrong with it after the cover was off and they handled all of it with my insurance company. Got the car back and couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They did point out a place where the cover didn’t sit flush do to a previous fender repair but it is hardly noticeable. The car was cleaned inside and out when they were done which was amazing and even the headlights had some oxidation on them that I was putting off doing and they went ahead and buffed them out!! Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend, and Tom was a great help with communicating to me and making sure it was done right! Thank you guys! Hopefully I don’t hurt my car again but if I do this is where I’m going!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 0/5 stars. Colorado coach has car for 7 weeks due to a muffler issue. When asked for an estimate of time because one hasn’t been received yet secretary calls the owner of the vehicle a liar and come to find out the estimate was not sent because of Colorado coach misspelling the email of the owner and refusing to reach out by phone. By far the worst body shop I have dealt with in quite some time. Equal service to back ordering parts that are already on the shelf to milk insurance.

Was originally 5 stars. Colorado coach did superficially good work. At my new mechanic I had work performed which required the bumper of the car to be removed. These are quotes from my mechanic. "Your car looks like it was in a collision and whoever did the work did not do you any favors. The right headlamp assembly was held in by one bolt. The intercooler pipes were re-bent but not done well. The air box was cracked and taped on the underside and one broken mounting bracket was zip tied in place rather than replaced. Stuff you would not have seen." He said I was ripped off when I told him how much I paid to have this work performed by a certified Audi repair shop. Otherwise, the work looked really good. Excellent paint matching and fit but I think it is really unacceptable to have sub par work performed in areas that the customer cannot see. Car came back spotless and had the new car smell but that was just subterfuge.

If I ever have an unfortunate event such as an accident, I will not take my vehicle to ANY other shop. As a person in the auto industry, I feel my judgement to quality of work on my vehicle speaks libraries to the caliber of work that’s preformed. Caliber brought my truck back to its original form. They do fantastic work! Thank you

At first I was hesitant to come to this shop because some of the reviews. The Audi dealership recommended them. My 2021 Audi got hit and I knew I needed an Audi authorized shop so I took the advice of the dealership. After having my car fixed I have NO idea how anyone can give this place less than 5 stars. They communicated well, helped me navigate some insurance issues, and fixed my car in a VERY reasonable time considering everyone is dealing with supply chain issues . The staff was friendly and my car looks perfect! Thank you again for such a great experience! I highly recommend them.

Meh. I have brought 2 cars to Colorado Coach and the work they did was excellent to say the least. So I brought my son's car in today to ask for an estimate. First glance I was told that the repair would be no less than $10K. Then I was told my car was not worth the cost of the repair. Probably totaled (check insurance). I had a few questions, which were answered but I got the feeling my car was not worth Colorado Coach's time. When I went to 2 other auto body shops I was told the repair was most likely between 4-6K. I mentioned possibly being totaled and that was dismissed because of the mileage of the vehicle. CC didn't even ask the mileage. Both the other body shops gave the same estimate and spoke to me about the same reasons. I'm left with a bit of distaste for how I was treated. If you have a high end car though, this place is for you and the work they do is solid, but expensive. -CH in Boulder

The worst experience ever, and the worst customer interaction, especially considering they were at fault and damaged my car further, zero apology when picking up the car. I would not recommend. If anyone wants full details then please contact me Edit: In response to the reply from Colorado Coach and body, the damage submitted for further claim to State Farm was completely not damage sustained in the initial incident, and subsequently was rejected by State Farm, which was completely understandable. I had to chase at every step of the way, and I mean every step, if I didn't my car would still be sat in there now months later. Zero communication, and zero apology when picking the car up.

Great experience getting my BMW M40i repaired after getting rear ended right after buying this car. They got my car done before schedule and used only OEM parts (IMO there’s no excuse to use aftermarket parts - it’s an insurance company scam to save themselves money while “fixing” your car but it’s not the original state your car was in so…inexcusable). Colorado coach beat the crap out of the insurance company for me and they’ll do it for you. Highly recommended!

Great service and professionalism at every step of the process to replace the bumper on my 2017 Toyota 4Runner. I walked in to get an estimate in about 10 minutes. When the bumper arrived at the shop, I got a call to stop by and color match to save the amount of days my vehicle was in the shop. In a day and a half, the vehicle was ready for pick up. Thank you Colorado Coach for making the entire process so easy!

I just had some work done on my F150. I'm always a little worried about having body work done, but the team at Colorado Coach Auto Body exceeded all my expectations. I worked with Corey who provided me a very comprehensive estimate, explained all the details and provided valuable recommendations. I also had them do the ceramic paint treatment, WOW, the finish is absolutely incredible. The gentleman (I think his name was Juan) who did the treatment blew me away with his attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

This body shop is good but used to be better. Ive taken several cars here over the years living in Boulder. Their paint matching needs some work to be honest. The last two cars I've taken here that were white they used a yellow based clear coat instead of blue and its clearly noticeable in the sun. I mentioned this in an email to them with no response. There are better body shops out there now. I paid out of pocket for my last repair and its just a little frustrating. If you own a german car take it to Stuttgart auto body. They are a lot more meticulous.

I am super impressed with Colorado Coach. First of all, Corey provided an estimate on the body work that was needed, and though adjustments to that estimate were made, it was done in the most professional way. He was on point with his communication from start to finish. They needed to order an additional part after I had dropped off my vehicle, and clearly they were not dawdling in this process. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked my vehicle up! It was detailed in and out and it looks brand spanking new! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing auto body work, and I will certainly use them in the future for other services. Thanks for a great experience, professional customer service, and impeccable work.

I’m not sure why I decided to listen to reviews and bring my car here, I should’ve just waited to get an appointment at Stuttgart. This shop is far from perfect and has a lot of work to do to get it back on track. Took my golf and had the front bumper replaced under insurance and took 2+ months then after getting my car back had horrible fitment issues that blew my mind the QC allowed it to leave the shop like that. Then they didn’t road test it because it had a cruise control fault. So after taking it back then they fixed the front bumper then they took it to the dealer. I really wish I could’ve given a better review but I was really disappointed and I don’t think I’d ever bring any of my Volkswagens here again.

I recently had an accident and sent Colorado Coach a bumper cover to repaint in Alpine White, a notoriously difficult color to match. The color match was excellent, and the clear coat quality seemed to match factory spec, even without a proper cut and polish. I am now in communication with Colorado Coach to repaint the hood as well! Thanks for the excellent work!

Look no forward, this is the place to bring your car! Being an Audi certified collision repair center, their tehnicians possess the necessary factory approved tools and equipment to get the job done. Everyone, and I mean everyone at Colorado Coach, is very nice and they keep you up-to-date with the repairs performed. Highly recommend the place.

I brought in my 1500 Ram for a repair on my rear flares. They had multiple rock chips that really stood out. They managed to do the repair quick and color matched it perfectly. They recommended clear bra to protect it from happening again and I can say I’m completely satisfied with the work. Thanks guys.

Had a great experience with the shop. Was involved in a hit and run and needed a quality shop for repair. Laura was phenomenal in her communication and follow ups. They get busy but do great work. Took a few weeks to get everything ordered and painted, alignment etc, but car looks brand new! Even gave it a nice detail when picked up. Very happy with the results!
