I thought I had a great experience at this Audi. But no. I had to take my car back two times, one because they didn’t seal my steering correctly which resulted in me waiting longer, then returned it because I payed for alignment and when I drove it, it veered right, and prior to making any appointments at Audi, it never did that, it always drove straight. I took it back, they looked at it and said it was fine. I took it to another dealership, and they told me they damaged my bottom shields, and they said my alignment wasn’t right and even showed me how and the numbers for each wheel. All my bolts they took off were loose and missing as well. I trusted Audi, but now I don’t think I can, because they lie and take money for things they don’t correctly do. The tech at the other dealership told me that whoever did my car, did not care for it and didn’t even touch areas on my car they promised they “fixed” AND I payed for it! The staff are great, and treat you nicely, but the techs need to be more professional. It feels I can’t do anything at this point because whenever I go in, they say it’s fine, clearly it’s not if it doesn’t drive right and other techs from other dealerships are telling me otherwise.

I've always owned audi's since my 1978 5000. I've had many experiences with every dealership in Colorado as well as dealerships in Portland and Salt Lake. This was by far the best service center that I've worked with in that entire time. Scheduling appointments was super easy, including getting a loaner. Everyone was low key and easy to work with. Plus the team was able to think out of the box and find an unconventional repair to resolve the issue.

I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. The dealership charged me $250, claiming they fixed the issue. Just a week later, the check engine light came back on. It turned out the car only needed one quart of oil, which cost me $12, and the problem was gone. I feel like the dealership did not provide proper service or value for the $250 I paid. Instead of identifying and resolving the real problem, they just took my money without a real fix. Very disappointed in the experience and do not recommend.

I think I’m going to be very happy. TBD………. Upon the completion of my work being completed I am extremely satisfied and have zero complaints. I received a full video of all that was to be completed and the trouble shooting process. Steve was my advisor and Jimmy was the mechanic. Thank you for the excellent customer Service: Just one day before I was set to hit the road, my Audi’s coolant sensors lit up, warning me to turn off the engine immediately. Given that I had the entire coolant system repaired just two months ago at an Audi dealership in California, this was concerning. I called Audi Boulder, and they graciously fit me in for an appointment that same day. Shelly greeted me with a friendly smile.
