I've been in here many times and dealt with some grumpy individuals behind the registers on many occasions. So much so that I have started going elsewhere when I can. But recently, your employee, Josh, went out of his way to help me solve a problem and did so with a great kindness and eagerness to find me a solution. I haven't seen service like that in ages. Thanks to him, your score goes from a 2 to a 4, though he deserves a 5, and I may be in more often. Thanks Josh!

This store is amazing. I've been buying car parts from University Auto Parts for over 10 years and I've always had great experiences. Most recently, I came in with a set of severely warped rotors that came with a "limited lifetime warranty". With ZERO hassle, Heather exchanged them with new parts. Fantastic customer service. Occasionally, things go wrong. Repair gets delayed or a communications gap happens. This store's management steps up and not just takes responsibility but fixes the problem by going the extra mile. The staff is polite and. competent. Top class people.

I have only had 2 ops to buy anything as my cars are fairly new. On both occasions, the service was very good and polite. The parts of course , were of good quality. On my recent purchase , the young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and polite. He carried the battery , which was heavier than most, to my car. He also advised me to make a copy of the receipt as the thermal print might fade, so that i would have proof of purchase if there was a problem with the battery in the future. This is a quality store, not one of those retail stores that specialize in cheap aftermarket crap and polish.

Came in to get help on a hydraulic line. Once I arrived I got greeted good. I was told to go to the guy at the very last counter. Once I approached him. He ignored me and kept scrolling through his phone. Thankfully one of the other counter men had to tell him I was waiting for his help. Wouldn't recommend him for anything. Will keep coming in but will avoid the last counter....

I cannot say how much I appreciate the service I was given at this location. Michael was so helpful. Nothing like having a dead battery 100 miles from home. After I got roadside assistance I arrived at this store. All staff members were friendly and there was a really good vibe in the store. I was given my options. After paying Michael was even able to install my battery in just a few minutes. He was so pleasant, professional and funny. What a great customer experience for me. They had me on my way in no time and now stress free! Thank you NAPA Auto Parts in Boulder. I really appreciate you!

Had to go back to get the right part. They also didn't refund me for the correct amount due, I did not apply a discount the first purchase and used the discount to make the 2nd purchase and that made it so the refund was discounted also. It's just simple things like this that people miss but it's your job to make sure I'm getting the correct amount refunded. And the correct part. This was the first and probably last time I will shop here.

Jake is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Called 7 different NAPAS trying to track down the correct part for my truck. Out of all 7 people I dealt with on this day Jake was the best one!! He explained the differences between the 3 different part options. He also was the only one to tell me to go on line and order it because I would save %20. Saved me $48. Great job Jake!! Will be back to the Napa just to deal with him.

This is the only place to go for car parts! I drive to Longmont one from Boulder because the guys here are so good! Always go to Napa before you go to any other shop. Otherwise you'll end up with a ton of problems with O'Reilly's parts failing after 2 weeks!

Upon being greeted exceptionally well verbally, my eyes were greeted with well dressed handsomely educated young men.
