“True Automotive” (Haglin) has a really nice waiting room, which is great because they took WAY too long to do a simple oil change for me. I made an appointment, came in early to drop off, and it still took well over TWO HOURS to do a simple oil change. (And of course they recommended the standard up-charges for air filter and batter-terminal cleaning). I can’t image how much they charge per hour when actually fixing your car, and how many hours or weeks they take to do it! Don’t take them up on their mailings for cheap oil changes - I’d rather go to a quick oil change for twice the amount.

Last Christmas, I donated a toy to True Automotive's drive for toys to be donated to children in need. As a thank you, the shop gifted me with a free synthetic oil change which I used on 6/19/24. The environment is a clean, well-run shop, with friendly team members who serviced my car on time, as well as giving me written estimates on potential future repairs. I had a comfortable, spacious, clean waiting area with chairs and a counter so I could do my work, along with Internet access. They even provided coffee and snacks. All in all, I appreciated this pleasant experience!

Highly recommend! Friendly staff, great service. I've brought 2 vehicles to them in the last 2 months for oil changes, with all of their current specials going on. The team did a great job with the services, and gave me some gentile (but not too aggressive) nudges on areas that needed attention. While I will definitely be DIY-ing one rec'd repair (because I can, and I enjoy it), and another is being taken care of by the OEM dealership under warranty, I appreciate the thoroughness and clear explanation (they showed me the leaking area out in their shop - I appreciated the opportunity to put my own eyes on the problem area). True Auto team - keep doing what you're doing!

I originally had a two star review, but am updating it.I had issues with the amount of money they were quoted for a few minor maintenance items. Theo, the owner, followed up with me. he immediately sought out more information, addressed my concerns and honestly took great care of me… that and my follow up appointment with the team at Tru Automotive totally changed my impression of this repair shop. it turned out that the folks in the office had used the wrong pricing code for labor - which led to ridiculously high pricing. the owner was upfront, refunded the money for the original service I went in for and added a credit in the hopes that I would try them again. He handled the situation the way I wish most businesses would. I was so impressed that I took my car back in for a second opinion on some repairs. the service rep, Brian, was fantastic. He walked me through multiple conversations with the mechanics in an attempt to get to the heart of my vehicle’s issue, even though it was different than another repair shop. I felt True Automotive had a better solution and went with them for my repairs. Long story short - I feel comfortable going back to them again and am glad I said something instead of simply writing them off as shady!

I took a couple vehicles into True Automotive because they have done warranty work on my truck before I was surprised by how reasonable their rates are. I have purchased tires from them , had them do oil change and other work. The price has always been much less than the big name chain stores and the service fast and friendly. A pleasure to see in this day and age. I will trust them with any future needs.

True Automotive was fabulous to work with! I bought a car knowing it had some transmission issues, I took it to them to fix it and they advised that it wasn't worth the money to address the main transmission issues, which would require a full replacement. They gave me assurance that it will last roughly another 50k miles. They did address and fix some of the other minor issues. I appreciate their honesty and not trying to scare me into a full transmission replacement. :) Plus all communication was kind, prompt and pleasant. Thanks guys!

I have been a customer for over 15 years and I have found that HAGLIN IS THE BEST SHOP AROUND!!! I love this place! They are very thorough and I always feel like my car is in the best hands possible. I RECOMMEND HAGLIN TO EVERYONE!!! They have a friendly staff and they are always letting me know about up-coming repairs ahead of time. Which is nice, because I'm on a budget. BEST THERE IS. HONEST MECHANIC!!!

I regrettably got an oil change done here. They left the oil cap off and overfilled my oil. I found the oil cap in the engine compartment luckily and luckily nothing happened during the 2 days I drove it like that. Not to mention I had to leave my car there for over 24 hours just for the oil change. I highly recommend you choose someone else to take care of your car.

We were so happy to have found True Automotive. I feel like we have found a trustworthy auto shop. Figured I would never say those words. Brought my car to them for an oil change and check up before my road trip to Utah. They did my oil change without trying to tell me I needed thousands of dollars worth of work that I really don't need. They did a great to job that was quick and affordable.
