Nice store and helpful staff I have been going there for many years, HOWEVER their prices have gone thru the roof! One Qt of oil $12 @Amazon $6 Wiper blades $38 @Amazon $24. I want to shop and support locally I cannot at this store Sorry.

I visited O'Reilly for coolant, and Richie provided excellent assistance. He not only helped me find the right coolant but also poured it into my car and even checked for leaks. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and definitely plan to return.

I was at O'Reilly's today to get windshield wiper blades and the assistant manager, David, was the one helping me. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had to go in the back and search for a couple of the blades and he did it with good cheer lol, not like some other places I can think of. I recommend this O'Reilly highly.

We used to live close to this location and the staff had always gone out of their way to help me out. Most recently, my 16 year old son had driven up to boulder and a clamp on his exhaust came loose. Matthew at O'Reilys went out at 7:45 at night and installed the clamp for him. Matthew and the staff there have always gone above and beyond, its hard to find knowledgable mechanics these days, this location is full of them!

This store went from being one of the cleanest, best managed stores in the state to an absolute dumpster fire. There is no one in the front to help, manager yelling at an employee in the back, and absolutely nothing is put away.

I received a coupon for my birthday so I thought I might some motor oil. After they rung me up and scanned my coupon, I noticed that the price charged was not the price listed on the shelf. I pointed this out and they said they could return the oil, but my coupon was already used and I couldn't use it again. Not sure if I believed the guy, but I said return it and I won't by anything...ever again. The oil is still cheaper on Amazon and Walmart without a coupon. This is not the first time I had problems with the O'Reilly but it will be the last. It is not like they are the only parts store in Boulder. Closed my rewards account and that is that. Not worth the trouble anymore.

Just went here because one of my headlights went out and had to come back because someone that owned my car before me replaced the whole system, I didn’t get his name but a guy with short brown hair came out to my car, knew exactly what and how to replace it, and spent maybe 20 minutes outside in the pouring sleet, elbow deep in the front of my car replacing it. That man is my hero, I will be forever indebted to him.

Michael is the best! Went to this location a few days ago to replace my missing gas cap and my car just so happened to die in the parking lot. After purchasing my gas cap I asked Michael what would cause a vehicle to chug/sputter, fluctuate RMPs, and eventually stop running. I then told him my car had died outside in the parking lot and he immediately offered to help. He ran a diagnostic scan and was spot on with what he originally thought the cause was. He took the time to explain to me what was going on in terms I could understand, what would need to be done to fix it and approximately how much it’s going to cost. He also attached my tethered gas cap for me. He was super helpful and friendly, I’m very impressed with his customer service. He definitely deserves a raise! Thanks again Michael.
