A serious shout out to Kendall, she was AMAZING!!! I had a small issue with an interior piece on my 2022 Honda Civic, and figured I would need to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. I stopped by Fisher Honda to see what it would take to get it fixed. She immediately found someone to take a look at it and within an hour of my arrival it was fixed and I was on my way. Took my Honda there to get an oil change and later when I was performing my own service found out they torqued the bolt to my engine splash shield to the point where it was stripped. Bolts were also missing and the oil filter was screwed on way too tight.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!! On 4/9 I came in for my appointment and Isaiah who works in the service center had told me that I have quite a bit of small chips across my windshield and that he recommended that I get my windshield replaced. I explained to Isaiah that I had purchased the windshield warranty and I asked if this replacement would be covered by this warranty. Isaiah expressed to me that the windshield replacement would 100% be covered with the warranty. As far as the rattling sound goes, Isaiah informed me that there was a clip missing on the bottom of my car and that they put in a new clip. I then scheduled my next appointment for a few weeks out to get my windshield replaced. About 10 minutes after I started driving home (mind you I live over AN HOUR away) my tire pressure sensor came on, my car was still making the rattling sound, and I heard a wheezing sound coming from my AC, so I turned around and came back to the service center. Logan who works at the service center took a look at my cabin filter and showed me that there were some leafs in it which he thought were causing the wheezing sound. As far as the tire pressure goes, Logan explained to me that they had put too much air in my tires. He explained to me that my tires were supposed to be at 34 PSI and they filled my tires up to 39 psi. I started my car and my tire pressure sensor had went away, but my AC was still making the noise. Isaiah told me he would add all of this to my next appointment and that they would need my car for the entire day and they could set me up with a loaner vehicle. On 4/30 I went in for my next appointment (again I live over an hour away). I watched some young kid who works in the service center drive my car like a race car and whip it around into their service garage. Crazy that their associates are driving others peoples vehicles like that… especially in front of customers. I asked what I needed in order to get set up with a loaner vehicle and the guy working at the desk told me that they didn’t have any loaner vehicles. I told him that I would not be able to have the service done then, because I don’t live anywhere near there and I can’t just wait there all day. The guy went to retrieve my keys and conveniently on his way back he said he had found a loaner vehicle. Later that day I got a call from Aaron informing me that my windshield would not be covered by the warranty that I had purchased, because the windshield is not cracked. This was extremely frustrating to hear as I specifically asked Isaiah if it would be covered and he said yes which is the whole reason I set up a follow up appointment and they ordered my windshield. Aaron informed me that they were working to try to get the warranty people to cover the windshield and that they would need my car for an additional day. The next day, Isaiah called me with an update on my vehicle. He had told me that they were able to replace my windshield and that they were still looking at the rattling sound and the AC and that I should be able to pick up my car by the end of the day. Aaron called me a few hours later and informed me that they were still fighting with the warranty people about the windshield and they still do not have any information for me about the rattling sound or the AC. I asked Aaron why Isaiah had just told me that my windshield had been replaced when it in fact has not and Aaron said “Isaiah must have given you false information”. He informed me that he would try to “squeeze me in” to have my windshield replaced that day, if not I would have to wait until Tuesday (1 week after I dropped my car off) to pick up my vehicle as the windshield repair guy didn’t work on the weekend. Surprise surprise they had to keep my vehicle until Tuesday. On 5/6 I was finally able to pick up my vehicle. My windshield got fixed along with the rattle, but I can still hear the wheezing sound with my AC. 25 miles were also added to my cars mileage since it was dropped off which is very suspicious to me. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with how I was treated!

I’ve been taking my Honda CR-V to Fisher for service since moving to Colorado a few years ago. Every time I go, I’m more impressed by the service, and Greg Kubler personifies that service. Getting your car serviced can often be a headache, but Fisher makes it so easy. Not to mention they’ve kept my car completely problem free. I love working with Greg, he keeps me posted on the process, and is truly honest about what my car needs and when. Turn around time is always quick (couple hours at most,) and not to mention the car wash. Fisher is the best, thank y’all. This Honda will never see a different service bay.

Just got back from a quick trip to Fisher Honda. As always it was a great experience. Greg K. was my service rep. What a kind and great person! UPDATE: We ended up selling our Honda Clarity through Magdalena Ruiz, she was fantastic! We just didn't want to go through all of the car apps to try and sell it on our own, so we reached out to see what offer they had for us, it was more than fair and we accepted the offer and had a check in our hands in 24 hours (received it on the spot). Magdalena made this process so easy and she was extremely knowledgeable and responsive and we highly recommend going through Fisher Honda if you're looking to sell your vehicle! A few months ago: Our first time at Fisher Honda today to have our air conditioning worked on. Dropped it off and had prompt service by the attendant and it was a very quick drop off...unlike our other car which is a Toyota and we have to wait for at least 30-40 minutes just to drop it off! NUTS! Anyway, not here, they were prompt and great customer service...later in the day they called to say it was complete and the work was done and to come and pick it up. I came in to the service center and was greeted by Isiah who was awesome. He was patient while I ran back out to my car to get my Debit card, and as I was standing there, I noticed his interaction with his coworkers as someone who was very caring and helpful...you just don't see too much of that, so I decided to come home and write this review. Isiah really provided excellent customer service, and I can think of another dealership that could follow suit! Great job Fisher Honda!
