Charley's Garage is excellent! I have an old Land Cruiser as a second car and Charley keeps it in tip top shape. They are honest, smart, and they explain everything. They recommend another shop if they can't fix the problem or if they feel that someone else can do a more affordable job! I highly recommend Charley's Garage from a 20 year Boulder local!!!

If you want fantastic service from honest people, this is the place you come for all of your Toyota needs. Other mechanics have tried to sell me on services that I apparently need, and when I go to Charley's they will tell me otherwise. They are the most honest mechanics, and I will continue to only go to them for all of my car needs.

Don't bother going anywhere else. Charley is fair, does really good quality work and he's a great guy to work with. Believe me, this is coming from a Toyota-only family. We have 4 currently ranging from a 2001 - 2012. I only buy Toyota, and I only have them serviced at Charley's - period.

I went into Charlie’s because I was quoted extremely high prices and a bunch of work from another local shop, and after taking my car into Charlie’s they told me that there is nothing that is worth doing right now the car is in good shape. Really amazing business practices they treat you like family, honestly better than a lot of families treat each other. I will definitely be bringing my car to Charlie’s for any work it needs the prices are amazing and there is honesty and integrity that you seldom see in any business. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

On two different occasions I have brought my 2004 Tacoma to Charley's to perform work that other shops recommended. In one case he did it for half the price, and in another case told me it was completely unnecessary. Charley may not be the most loquacious guy in the business, but you can't beat that kind of honesty!

We've just had one visit, but based on the results, if you have a Toyota that you believe needs repairs, and you want an honest shake and from what I have heard from my neighbors, great repairs, talk to Charley. We were able to avoid expensive, unneeded repairs that others had quoted us. Charlie diagnosed our problem and fixed it with just a minor repair. Charlie's the real deal.

I called over to Charley's Garage for a quote on an ABS pump. Charlie was upfront and honest with pricing and the amount of time this job would take. Luckily while getting ready to do this job, Jake did a once over to check out my vehicle and discovered a pretty terrible timing belt that was missed at inspection prior to my purchase. Charlie was kind, but didn't sugarcoat the fact that my 4runner was on borrowed time and this needed to be done, and right away. Not only did they replace my ABS pump, but they got that timing belt done in one day. As a single mom, with one vehicle I couldn't be happier with their honest service, their experience, and the thoughtful care that they provided to me. I will not go nowhere else but Charley's. I can't thank then enough!!!

Took my '07 4Runner to Charley's based on a recommendation and could not be happier with the result. When I brought the vehicle to Charley's I already had a decent idea of what the issue was, a bad front bearing assembly, based on my own research and simply knowing my 4Runner. After disassembling the wheel, Charley's expert technicians confirmed my suspicions and promptly replaced the worn part. My truck is once again running quiet and smooth. What I like and respect most about Charley's Garage is that at no time did anyone ever attempt to up-sell me on additional unnecessary services. The service manager, Charlie, was extremely professional and straightforward. I really appreciate their approach; honest, professional, and genuine. I will bring my 4Runner back to Charley's Garage when services are needed. Charlie is worked on my 4Runner twice now. The first time he caught some terrible mistakes that a Toyota dealer had made and they then had to go to great expense to make that right. The second time, just this week, was for some routine maintenance that I will only trust Charlie to do from now on. He is honest, reasonably priced, and knows his Toyotas. I highly recommend him.

If you have a toyota truck or suv, run don't walk to Charley's. Fantastic experience with them. I wish I had 4 hands so I could give Charley's 4 thumbs up! I recently lost my Mom and Charley took such good care of me. He didn't even charge me for that issue, I assume because of my loss. THANK YOU CHARLEY!! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY 4RUNNER ANYWHERE ELSE PERIOD! If you live in Boulder County or even the greater Denver area and need a Toyota mechanic. CHARLEY'S IS THE ONLY ANSWER. It's worth the wait and drive. I can't even begin to tell you how Charley bent over backwards to help me. I only wish he worked on domestic's, I would use him for my Camaro and Jeep. Please listen to me when I say that I trust Charley's, and that is a hard thing to find these days. Trustworthy Mechanic!!!
