This place is unfortunately very disappointing. I came in to get the oil changed on my car which just came in off the delivery truck from the East Coast. Immediately, I could hear the workers in the back laughing about how "dirty" my car was (of course it was, it just came off the truck), and talking about how it looked in rough shape. Then, nobody asked what kind of oil I wanted, and I had to specifically tell them or else they probably would've charged me for the most expensive one. After that, I heard them laughing and making fun of my name which I wrote on the intake form. When the job was done, one of the workers handed me the keys, but nobody called my name or rang me up for 10 minutes even though another worker was standing right there at the main desk. Overall, this place is a mess and the customer service is rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

The gentleman who helps me with my car, came out and explained to me an issue that he found. We talked about the expense and came up with a cheaper option And something I could do myselffor that one little aspect of the repair. I greatly appreciated him helping me cut cost, and I will come back again because of that

I've been using Grease Monkey for a few years now. Was my first time going to this location but I have to say. The crew I was talking to did a great job. They did a few things but the price was definitely reasonable. Customer service was excellent. Can't say my experience was bad at all. Would definitely recommend.

Had a good experience here since ny neighborhood GM is out of business, this is my go to shop. Friendly, thorough and definitely not pushy. Small waiting area for customers made it seemed very neighborhood friendly. I had the full oil change service.

I have taken both of my personal vehicles, along with several of my companies work trucks, to this location for the last 4 years. After my last oil change I noticed that the service reminder sticker they left on my windshield was for 3k miles, which is far less than what a truck with 20k miles running synthetic oil should be good for. When I arrived last Friday for an oil change, I asked the tech if I were to "splurge" for the synthetic option how many miles I could go until my next oil change. I was informed that I should be safe to go 7,500 miles or more per the manufacturer. When receiving my windshield sticker after the service was completed, it once again listed my oil change reminder for 3k miles in the future. When I asked the tech (different than intake) for an explanation, I was told that they recommend 3k and not to exceed 5k for oil changes- even on synthetic oil. I never had this issue previously, however I believe this location is under new management which may be the reasoning behind what I find to be an insulting practice. I will no longer be bringing any of my vehicles to a Grease Monkey shop.

Grease Monkey is our regular oil change. This time, they guys noticed an oil leak in my car and suggested I return to the dealer since my car is under warranty. They topped off my oil and sent me on my way no charge. My dealer was able to fix it under warranty. Win-win! Thanks Grease Monkey!

I went in to get an oil change and when they started working on my car they discovered my brake fluid cap was missing. They found it in the engine compartment and called me back to show the dirt in the fluid and explained the dangers to the car because this happened. They replaced the fluid and got my car back in working order which was very convenient. They also did a quick inspection and let me know that I was overdo for a couple of other important services and explained that I’d have to get it in to my dealership due to the more complex nature of the repair. Their honesty gave me a sense of relief and gratitude! They were quick, friendly and honest and gained a regular customer, I’d definitely recommend them to a friend or family member.

Visiting from out of town, I needed an oil change for a college student’s truck. Fast, friendly, honest service. Also, there was an older woman before me who had clean oil, no need for an oil change. GM folks checked her oil and filter, charged her nothing, and told her that she didn't need an oil change. It was a demonstration of integrity, right before my eyes. Way to go guys.

I have to be honest at most car dealerships or mechanic shops I’ve always felt talked down to as a woman customer but this business I feel the complete opposite. Quick update - After the initial review was posted grease Monkey reached out to me very quickly and apologized for dropping the ball on this visit. They are going out of their way to take care of and resolve the concerns and issues that I had. As the initial statement shared that I have visited the store for 15 years for multiple vehicles and have always been exceptionally happy with their customer service and performance. It is unfortunate that this was an off day and I do understand things happen. I'm glad that they reached out and are doing everything they can to address issues with the initial review. Initial review- Originally posted with two stars I have gone out of my way to visit this particular location for the last 15 years for multiple vehicles. The staff was friendly enough on this visit however, paying $130.00 + for a full service oil change, and floorboards, and seats were not vacuumed, windows were not washed, no feedback on zerks that needed to be greased or fluid levels throughout the vehicle. The new window sticker that was provided has less miles than odometer reading to have an oil change from the previous sticker that was two years old. This difference was 500 miles less than previous sticker had on it. Vehicle has been parked and did not need an oil change during that time. It is also surprising to see that a full synthetic oil which I've used since the initial break in period of the new motor for this vehicle was marked as needing to be changed at 3000 miles. Overall disappointing experience and not sure it will be a location that I will go out of my way to continue to visit in the future.
