Friendly and knowledgable employees. Also, a big shout out to Caesar and team. I had my car serviced for a brake issue, and his answers were honest and informative. Thank you!

Really attentive service advisors. Cognizant of my time. Comfortable waiting area. Only lacking in a massage therapist while I wait! Kidding

First time here as I just moved and looking for a new place for service. Heyner was my consultant, very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I have. Great experience here and the waiting area is very comfortable. Will definitely come back!

The service was great. Rachel was very friendly and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done. This is the place to bring your Subaru for scheduled and unscheduled service.

This was my 1st visit to this dealer for my service appointment and I was very impressed. The friendliness was as expected from a Subaru dealer, the thing that set this visit apart and above all other visits I have had at any other dealers was the service advisor and his explanation of everything. A+++

Friendly service and generous with additional checks with other services! My few visits have had some poor communication between employees which requires some repeat information or late part ordering resulting in keeping my car longer, but it's always remedied asap.

I bought my used Honda Fit from Flatirons Subaru back in 2018. It had was in excellent shape with only a small chip in the corner of the windshield. Five years later I still have not had one mechanical issue with this vehicle. I did have to replace the windshield this year due to that tiny chip, and I did have to replace two tail light bulbs. I highly recommend Flatiron Subaru. The customer service was excellent and you can feel safe buying a used vehicle from them. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Flatiron Subaru!

Always a class act. The younger gentlemen are always professional and helpful when servicing your vehicle. Even when they suggest upgrades/ maintenance repairs— such as changing your air filter, it is for a fair price vs. doing it yourself; and it takes the hassle out of having to perform tedious maintenance. Excellent place. Oh, and the free coffee ☕️ and shuttle 🚙 rides are 💯 amazing 🤩

First time I left a dealership without feeling like I was taken advantage of. Only wish I came here sooner. Travus and Ian were great! And also Pam was super helpful. Super happy with everything they did to make my unfortunate situation better. They have a true family vibe.

The service is very satisfative. I can feel my car (outback 2020) was greatly improved. The tech, Ron, and the manager (? Sorry, I don't remember his name) are significantly caring about my concerns and fix them. The price is relatively higher than the normal car repair shop, but it deserves it.

I come here every time for an oil change. All the service advisors are incredibly kind and helpful. Todd McLean helped me out today on my appointment for a repair service and took initiative on doing other things that needed to be taken care of as well!

Have had great experience in the past. Today took my car in for a simple oil change, they went over diagnostics as usual. I live in Lafayette and by the time I got home my car was jerking when accelerating. I called the service place and the person I spoke to was incredibly rude and short with me. Did not offer any support or solutions. I had to ask all very clear direct questions regarding dropping car off and if I was going to be able to get a loner car in the mean time to get any idea of what the protocol was when this happens. Pretty disappointed with that customer service aspect, I also don’t feel safe driving my car back to this location. So, I will be taking my service elsewhere.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. MOST ADVISORS YOU GET STUCK WITH ARE RUDE AND HATE THAT YOU ARE THERE. THEY ALSO DO NOT HONOR LEGIT COUPONS OFF THEIR WEBSITE. LOST MY TRUST AND BUSINESS FOR LIFE.

Staff and manager (Ryan) were very helpful at navigating a stressful situation and getting the car fixed quickly. Could not have been a smoother process. Highly recommend!

They did the oil change I requested for 138$ They did not get 5* because their reps think CVTs never should be serviced. I have a 24’ crosstrek. Subaru of America recommends it to follow the extreme service protocol based on my lifestyle. This Subaru dealer recommend against what SoA recommends in a way that will severely impact the customers wallet.

Service was incredible and I was so impressed with the communication throughout the time they had my vehicle. Loved the report that gets texted as well. Amanda in the service center was amazing, she exceeded all my expectations. The tech Alyssa did a great job as well everything drove well when I picked up my car.

I had the most perplexing experience this week at Flatirons Subaru where I have been a loyal customer for the last 9 years. I had an appointment scheduled for 8 am Monday. I dropped off my car and was told if I stayed they would look at it in the next couple of hours and if I left, sometime in the afternoon. I didn't get any updates so I got in touch with them in the afternoon and was told they couldn't get to my car until Tuesday morning. I didn't hear anything from them all day Tuesday. I contacted them at 3:57 pm on Tuesday and was told they hadn't looked at my car yet and promised to look at it first thing on Wednesday. Again, I didn't hear anything from them so I gave them a call at 11:51 am on Wednesday. The person I spoke to said they hoped to look at my car in about 3 hours. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call me back. No one ever called me so I had to go down there to find out what was going on. Again, I asked to speak to a manager and I was told "no manager is in today". I was told that my car kept getting bumped by people who were "stayers" since I was a "leaver". Assuming this could go on forever if I left, I stayed until they took a look at my car. Meanwhile, the associate at the next desk told a customer "we are pretty slow today so we can probably get to you pretty quick." I finally got my car back, with repairs, on Thursday morning.

Brought our 1-year-old Forester in for rodent wire damage. Dealer recommended replacing the entire bulkhead harness for $6,500. An independent shop in town repaired the single damaged wire on the spot for $150 and the car has been fine since. Disappointed that a routine repair option wasn’t disclosed before recommending such an expensive replacement.
