Review from 10/17. I had a popped tire and I went to see if it could be fixed. Spoke with Brian who was polite and helpful, and helped me with explaining my issue with the tire and the best next options. In the end my tire had to be changed but the team helped me get it fixed and changed all on the same day. Best service and it all took just 30-40 mins, which to me was good and did not have to rely on my spare for the weekend.

Somehow, I’ve managed to end up with two flats in the past three months. Today was lucky flat #2, courtesy of a Big O nail sticking out of my tire. I was nervous it was too close to the sidewall to patch, but the team at Big O Tires said they’d take a look and see what they could do. While I waited, I asked for quotes on new tires since I knew my luck (and tread) was running out. They gave me a few clear, upfront options, explaining the price and durability of each. Naturally, I pulled out my phone to double-check online, and found the exact tires a few bucks cheaper elsewhere. I showed them, and without a hint of pushback, they matched the price on the spot - no haggling, no drama, just done. I didn’t even have an appointment. Yet somehow, in just a couple of hours, they assessed my flat, gave me quotes, let me price-compare, and installed my brand-new tires. That kind of efficiency and honesty speaks for itself. Do I want to be back anytime soon? No. But knowing my luck, when another flat inevitably finds me, you’ll know exactly where to find me too - back at Big O Tires.

I used to be a mechanic a decade ago, technology was limited and not every shop had it, even like that we always seek excellence in our service. Every time I bring any of my vehicles to this location, my truck is not being repaired correctly, either the TPS sensors are messed up or not reset it, the oil change light was not reset, or the flat tire was repaired but still not inflated accordingly, fix one problem but create another, is not only about the lack of quality is about the time it consumes on my days when I bring my vehicles over, waiting for them to call you and notify your vehicle is ready, things like that make a big difference. I already gave them the chances to address the issues hoping it will be different every time, but for my surprise is always the same, I always ended up resetting things or jumping up vehicles due to a bad installation. Nice location, great front desk service, very bad mechanical work.

Big O Tires is now our families exclusive destination. We will not go elsewhere. Reminds me of the good O days when you got a full service fill up and they walked around to make sure you didn’t miss any fluid checks. I didn’t ask, they just did. It’s old school like service, we’re going back to the 50’s here. And quite often on the fly. I was already in town and could hear my valve stem leaking. I called, they said swing on in and we handle it. Not take a look at it, no, we will handle it. Now that’s what customers wanna hear. The level of dedication, and commitment, to ensuring you’re cared for is definitely first-rate at this Valmont location. It’s like second nature for these guys. It started with an alignment on one of our other trucks. Then Leaky valve stems on our plow truck, from a fly by night shotty repair shop in Boulder we will never go back to. To getting it handled in less than one hour, in the fly. The men working in this particular shop appear to have a great time working here, always smiles, and laughs, which means their moral is high. And it’s showing in their work. We love this place, now the entire family has made this our exclusive destination. They certainly earned it. So Thank you Big O Tires, you care, and it shows.

Nick is a skilled and detailed technician taking his time to remedy previous issues related to my last oil change. He (and the shop) identified and corrected three issues related to the last oil service I had completed and took the time to show me on my vehicle what the issue was. They quickly resolved the issue with quality parts. This is exactly the type of service I look for and expect and will definitely recommend Nick and this shop for maintenance and service.

I was back at Big O Tires Boulder for an oil change and tire rotation last week. As always D and staff provided great timely service at a great price! I had an issue with a part needing to be replaced on my car in December. D was able to access the issue, order the part and quickly get it installed. First time in Denver head to National Rocky Mountain Park~ we had a flat tire in the middle of trip and we have to stop by here to get tire services ~ we called around are all more than 1 hr services, but Big O is the one that we stop by first time. The guys at Big O Tires are always super friendly and helpful. I trust their judgment and have never felt like they're trying to sell me anything I don't need. Making an appointment online is super easy and they're always very timely with the service. I dropped my car off at 9 am and asked to have it back around noon, if possible. I was told they would try, but 12:30 or 1 pm was more likely, which I was totally fine with. I got a call at 11:30 saying my car was ready! I recommend Big O to anyone who asks.

Big O Tires in Boulder completely took care of me! I stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they got me in and out so fast. A special shout-out to D, the manager — he was awesome! Super helpful, made sure everything was done right, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service these days.
