I've never encountered customer care like this, from any kind of auto shop. Easy planning and simple in-person experience, numerous detailed updates via email, a precise estimate for completing the work (which deadline they then beat by a couple of days), and on top of that they completely detailed the inside and out of my vehicle. Is the repair good? I assume so, but what do I know? It looks good and all of the fancy collision avoidance systems seem to be working. Very happy my insurance is working with these guys now.

Callber did a great job repairing our car. They organized a rental car for me and tbe staff was excellent. Victoria, our service advisor, went out of her way to keep us updated on tbe status of repairs and was very professional. Alesa was also great. I had my vehicle repaired at a different Caliber Collision in 2023, and the work was subpar at best. When I finally had time to bring it in for warranty repairs, I chose this location instead, and I’m SO glad I did. I worked with Brian, and he made the whole process easy. I showed up without an appointment for an inspection, and he got me scheduled for exactly the dates I needed. He finished the repair on the day he promised, and the work was done exactly right. Great customer service and high-quality work—that’s what you’ll get from Brian and this Caliber location. Highly recommend!

The car was in great shape when I picked it up after repairs, and I appreciate the courtesy cleaning service as well (which I was not expecting)! I did have to return it to re-connect the driver side view mirror, but they scheduled me quickly and it took less than 15 minutes to fix. I want to take a moment to recognize Alesa for going above and beyond in helping us through a very stressful situation with our car repairs. After our neighbor hit our car and then refused to share their insurance information — claiming the repair estimate was “too high” — we were unsure how to proceed. From the very beginning, Alesa provided clear, thoughtful guidance. She also was very professional when our neighbor called in and interrogated her about the repair estimate. She recommended we go through our own insurance and file a police report rather than waste time disputing the matter with our neighbor. That advice turned out to be invaluable. Throughout the entire process, Alesa consistently checked in, ensured we had what we needed for the claim, and helped coordinate our repairs. With only one car, Alesa worked with us to minimize the time our car would be in the shop, which helped avoid additional out-of-pocket costs (with the high probability that we would not get reimbursed for a rental car since our neighbor refused to file a claim). This was above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever received when dealing with car repairs. Thanks to her efforts, we got our car back just in time for the weekend—perfect timing, as my sister unexpectedly went into labor the next day and we had to make multiple trips to the hospital. What Alesa didn’t know the whole time was that we were six months pregnant and in the middle of a move, so her going above and beyond to get our car in/out of the shop efficiently meant the world to us. It's important to highlight she offered this level of customer service before she knew all of that! Even though we were dealing with a difficult neighbor, Alesa reminded us that there are genuinely kind people in the world. She was the bright spot throughout this whole (challenging) experience with our neighbor. Thanks to Alesa’s advice, the police officer was able to get our neighbor’s insurance information, which means we should get reimbursed for our deductible. Alesa, you were truly a lifesaver! We’ll be recommending Caliber to anyone and everyone because of the exceptional customer service you provided :-) P.S. — This is my 3rd ever google review, which I hope says a lot about just how incredible Alesa and the Caliber team are (and we wanted to make sure everyone knew it!)

Drew is my hero! He fixed my car up SO beautifully! He even helped me out and fixed something else unrelated to my auto accident, just out of being nice and helpful. He saved me so much money doing that. After my accident, I felt done with my car due to PTSD. But I can feel the love and care he put into my car and it feels so refreshed- now I love it again! I will be taking my car to him forever, and I recommend you do too!

After waiting 6+ weeks for hail damage repairs we found what looks like a mouse’s nest in the engine bay which should have been identified when the new hood was reinstalled and/ or at final inspection. This could have led to an engine fire and more!!!!! Also, the vehicle will now require a mechanical inspection in the event this material was extracted from the inner firewall or other critical insolated location(s) within the SUV. Second, the hood which was to be replaced and painted has 20+ defects primarily located at the hinge points on both sides of the vehicle. It’s difficult to tell for certain but these look like paint blemishes verses damaged sheet metal. Also, the underhood looks like it was not painted or received a quick base coat with poor coverage which will quickly ware and rust with normal engine heat exposure. Next, the interior panels are a patch work of dirty fingerprints which likely occurred during tear down and reassembly after PDR. It’s clear by the color, locations, and shapes that this is not preexisting dirt and debris. Last couple items to note based on my initial inspection; poorly fitted paneling at the top cabin storage and adhesive residue running across the entire back hatch.

After a fender bender, I brought my car in to Caliber Collision for a paint and body repair. The team was kind, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the process. The initial quote time for the repair seemed a bit long, but they had the car ready a few days in advance and it looked great when I picked it up. I will say, the cost seemed fairly pricey (it may have been a limiting factor for me if someone else wasn't at fault for the accident), but the work they did was quality and they were great about updates. A good experience all around.

The front bumper in my 2002 Honda accord was detached & hanging loose- I hit a curb or a deer hit me.., who knows? So, I took it to two reputable auto-body shops. The verdict was unanimous- replace the front bumper; estimated cost ±$1,000. I wasn't happy & took the car to Caliber Collision at 5751, Arapahoe Ave, close to my house I Boulder, CO. I told them, safety was my prime concern. The agent (Tracy) assigned looked at my car & said: “Let me talk to my boss,” & drove car inside. 20~30 minutes later, she came out & said, "Your car is fixed & is parked outside". I was surprised; she said: "We put some fasteners, that should do it." I asked her, "How much?". She said, "Nothing; glad we could help!” What a wonderful experience! Thanks a lot, to Tracey, her boss & the mechanic who fixed my car! Above all, Thanks a million to Caliber at Arapahoe for an environment of understanding, consideration & generosity. If I ever need some auto-body work in future (hopefully not), why would I go elsewhere... “Hooray!” for Caliber Collision at Arapahoe, Boulder!
