ZERO stars for Flatirons Subaru, Devon in sales and the sales manager from 1/31. I think his name was Jason. I made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle and was told at the time of booking the appointment to please let them know if I could not make it. I arrived on time. After giving Devon my proof of insurance and license, it took him nearly 30 minutes to bring the car to the front. He said the fob was dead so he had to put a new battery in it. When we went to test drive the vehicle, it wouldn’t start. I told him I did not want that car and it was a waste of my time after driving 30 minutes to test drive this car. Devon’s response was, “SAME”. This was a highly unprofessional remark and he should be reprimanded for it. How can it possibly be a waste of his time if this is his job? A training sales person was also with us and witnessed this remark. They should have checked the car to make sure it would start well before my appointment. If they had done this, they should have contacted me and told me in advance this car was not operational. Then I called the sales manager after I left. He said if I had waited 8 more minutes, he had a new battery in it. So he’s blaming me, saying it’s my fault for not waiting after all that. He should be reprimanded for even implying it’s my fault. If they would have been up front from the start, things would have been different. I hope they learn a valuable lesson, or their used car sales will continue to fall. Upper management at Subaru will be hearing from me directly.

Our buying experience at Flatirons Subaru was fantastic. Our sales rep, Shane, was knowledgeable about the SUV we were looking at. He quickly put together a great deal on the vehicle when we were ready to proceed with a purchase. The buying process was straightforward and without pressure. After we completed the purchase paperwork, Shane provided a thorough demonstration of the vehicle features and infotainment settings. We also received a nice walkthrough of the facility, including the service department. I've purchased more than a few vehicles in my life, and this experience at Flatirons Subaru has been one of the best. More dealerships should provide this level of buying experience.

Just purchased a new Outback from Flatirons Subaru. I was able to negotiate a fair price, put a deposit down and have them hold the car for me until the weekend. It has been years since I considered buy a car from a dealer. When researching how to get a better deal on buying a new car, so many reviews from people and their car buying experiences had me completely nervous about buying a car from a dealer due to the bad experiences that many people have had. I was waiting to be lied to at every possible opportunity as well as manipulated and pushed into buying a car I didn’t want or an upgraded I didn’t need. I was pleasantly surprised and actually enjoyed the new car buying experience. My salesman was Devon Grady. He was very helpful in getting me the car I wanted at a price that I was happy with and in making the whole process seamless. James Wells was the finance guy. Both James and Devon were great offering me upgrades without being pushy. It has been years since I have purchased a car from a dealer and I have hated doing so due to the high pressure, manipulation and excessive charges. Flatiron was good to me and I will definitely use them again for my future Subaru purchases even though they are a 6 hour round trip drive from my house. The drive is worth it to make the car buying experience very low stress as well as having the feeling of being treated right during the whole process. I will also add that the dealership is super clean and had some nice amenities like free sodas along with a fancy coffee machine (I don’t drink coffee but it had like 9 options of things it could make for ya) as well as some muffins. All just extra little touches to make ya feel like they really values and appreciate your business. Thanks Flatiron Subaru and a big thanks to Devon and James too
