Fantastic service. The manager, Louis, was absolutely great. He made it very clear what services my car needed and showed proof by showing me the 3rd party testing strips used to test the acidity of my various fluids. The shop also provided complementary coffee, which is a great touch.

I have always gone to jiffy lube and gotten great service. But the employees today were wonderful!! RODNEY was exceptional and made my wait very worth it. He broke down the costs with me and helped explain each charge, which doesn’t always happen. The staff is friendly and that’s where it stops. Took my fleet vehicle here and they didn’t do the work they said they did. No oil change, no air filter. Everyone wants paid when they perform a service. The paperwork was never processed thru to the fleet company and I didn’t get paperwork. The guy that checked me out said we were good. Got a notification from the fleet company that I missed my oil change date and routine maintenance. They’ll do great for cash, but wouldn’t take my fleet vehicle here.

I always have a fast, efficient, and satisfactory experience at this Jiffy Lube location, but this time the staff went above and beyond. I was there with my teen driver, and the manager (I did not get his name unfortunately) spent extra time teaching her how to check her oil and explaining things she can do to maintain her car. I was extremely impressed with his willingness to do this, especially on a busy day. The service was extremely quick and all staff were friendly.Thank you!

Rodney and his team were great! I'm always hesitant about finding a new shop because I've had many experiences with people being too pushy and trying to upsell, but the entire staff here was extremely respectful and kind. I came in for an oil change and they took great care of my car, and were super upfront with the whole experience. The staff checked in with me about the status of my filter and brake fluid, but it was more of an fyi rather than something that I needed to take care of at that appointment, so there was no pressure for me to add additional services. They were also super quick — I didn't have an appointment scheduled, and I was in and out in maybe half a hour max. I will definitely be back for all of my future oil changes!

Rodney was amazing! I visited for the first time and was impressed by the speed of service, thoroughness of maintenance details and comfort in the waiting area. For a Saturday morning, this Jiffy Lube was properly staffed with all service bays in use and busy. Employees were on the ball and attending to each customer at a great pace. I worked with Rodney and he was courteous and thorough. I did not get the "hard sell" to do everything he recommended beyond the oil change. Would highly recommend!

Lance saved me a lot of money by clearing that up as well as doing a great job on my vehicle for other things I needed to get done. Raymond checked me out and was also a great person. On January 13, 2026, I brought my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for routine maintenance, specifically a transmission fluid service. The vehicle was driving normally upon arrival, with no warning lights, slipping, or transmission issues. I spoke with the technician, Rodney, and explained the service I wanted. He said they would perform a full inspection and take care of it. About 10 minutes later, he recommended a fluid exchange and said the service would take another 15 minutes. I agreed. After the service, I paid and left. Within approximately 500 feet, the check engine light came on, and the transmission began slipping. I immediately returned. Jiffy Lube performed another fluid exchange and claimed they could not recreate the issue. When I attempted to leave again, the problem occurred immediately. The manager, Ralph, then test drove the vehicle with me, and the issue occurred instantly. He stated then the transmission was in “really bad condition” and said the vehicle should not have been serviced, despite no prior warning or disclosure. Jiffy Lube arranged towing to their partnered diagnostic shop, later claimed a preexisting transmission failure, quoted approximately $3,000 for repairs, and denied responsibility. They then agreed to tow the vehicle to a shop of my choice. On Friday, January 16, 2026, I provided the destination information and was told it would arrive by the end of the day. The vehicle was not delivered as stated and did not arrive until Monday, leaving me without transportation and unable to work. Upon inspection, the independent shop believed that the incorrect transmission fluid had been installed. After correcting the fluid, the vehicle became operable. However, the mechanic stated he cannot guarantee the long-term reliability of the transmission due to the vehicle having been operated while filled with incorrect fluid.

Went in for an oil change. Asked them not to remove cabin or engine filters as I change those myself and had just ordered new ones. They did it anyway and failed to replace the cabin filter. Noticed all the contents of my glove box emptied and the casing open for the filter when they said they were all done. Pointed out the error. To their credit, they gave me a free new filter but no one ever came in to let me know when it was finished again. They also “checked” the tire pressure but left them over inflated. Just a frustrating and time wasting experience. Edit: Revising my review to one star. I didn’t trust their replacement of the cabin filter and I was correct to double check. They jammed in a completely incorrectly sized filter and broke the plastic casing for the access panel in the process trying to smash it in place.
