Great buying experience. Everyone treats you very well from the get go. Thanks to Aaron for being a great and professional salesman.

First experience with EMich was a solid one. We had special circumstances regarding our trade in and EMich went above and beyond to make a deal work for us. Both in terms of price, speed and quality of service. First impression definitely great!

We had a split sales team of Brian and Kiefer help us get into a new VW ID4. The process was smooth and we had a great experience. We initially agreed to have a charging cable included in our deal. However, the sales manager felt differently. Brian went to bat for us, got the charging system we agreed to, and even personally delivered it to my home. Great customer service.

Josh C at Emich VW Boulder was awesome! Communication was great. He took the time to answer my questions, was professional and low key. I had a great experience all around. I was given a fair price for my trade in and the whole team worked with me to get into a VW GLI that is the car of my dreams. I spent a lot of time researching options and chose Emich because of their good reputation. It was fun to geek out with someone who understands the enthusiast side of VW. I would recommend Emich VW in Boulder and Josh C to anyone in the market for a great sales experience. Thanks!!

Brought my 2021 Atlas in for a recall issue. The mechanic department had a hard time getting the hood latch to pull so they called and I told them you just pull up on it to release it but that it had been loose. They proceeded to BREAK THE CABLE and not repair it. Gave me the car back after they created the problem. This dealership and mechanic department have been the worst people to bring my car to twice now. Do not recommend them at all.

Aaron is the best! Managed to put me into a 2025 ID 4 when I wouldn't have known it was even a possibility. Knowledgeable, efficient and so pleasant to work with. Excellent follow-up after the sale and always available to help when needed.

I came in for a traction control issue. Emich VW said my alignment was off and wanted to charge me over $600 to realign. I got a second opinion and not only was my alignment totally fine, but another shop would charge less than half for that service. This was after 2 previous encounters, also not great. Never going back.

Their service is really good. Micky the manager and service consultant Carlos both of them are patient and helpful. I’m not living close to this store but they have more service choices than other dealers so definitely I’ll come back to here, thank you guys for helping me.

I worked with Emich VW to buy out my lease after a very frustrating experience with another dealership. Steve the sales manager was direct, helpful, and transparent. The process was quick and clean — no pressure, just clear next steps. They even submitted the paperwork to VW Credit and walked me through title and registration details. After this experience, Emich is my new go-to for service and future purchases.

Don't own a VW! The folks at Emich of Boulder are not to be trusted. My wife needed her battery replaced. Seems like an easy job. Nope! The ECU needed replaced. $3K. Was told the car needed serviced for it 50K inspection for 1K. We respectfully declined and agreed to have the oil changed for $119. Seemed easy.... Nope! Now they want $1900 to replace the oil pan because they stripped the plug and can't get in back in. Follow up: After 6K worth of repairs this dealership would not relaease our car and held our car hostage till we signed a NDA and removed my previous post. I refused to allow these crooks to get away with this. I have called the Better Business Bureau and reported this location.

Carlos and the team really stuck with my minor issue in my 2024 GTI and were able to remedy the problem. They never gave up and were extremely pleasant to deal with. They have earned a customer for life! Thank you!

Grabbed an insane lease deal on an ID4 pro. Josh was a great help getting the deal done before the end of the month. We ran into a lot of obstacles out of his control and he handled everything well with good communication throughout. I really appreciated the transparency and quick responses. Thank you Josh 🤙

Decent purchasing experience. Naturally, the final lease was not what was advertised but you expect some bait and switch. Kinda annoying that I had an appointment for vehicle pickup but had to wait (took off one star for that). Took off another star as Erin "thought" VW lease protection plan covered lease disposition cost but it doesn't (my bad for not forcing her to check). Canceling that program has been a headache.

The sales team here are incredibly! We purchased a brand new VW Taos SEL and it felt like buying a car from a friend! ATTICUS was our sales guy and he was amazing! Made the process very easy, and answered all our questions. Not like other dealerships where you almost feel forced or robbed trying to buy a car. He made sure we were happy with our pick and absolutely took care of us! I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from dealership ( audi , bmw , mazda ) and the experience we had here was amazing. If you are looking for a vw new or used these are your guys! 10 out of 10

Emich of Boulder has disappointed me at every turn. I shopped for a vehicle for months and found the one I wanted in Boulder. I have previously shopped at VW in Fort Collins and in Denver before that (I have been driving VWs for over 20 years.). I connected with a sales person (Brian – young Asian salesmen) through the internet form and he was a terrible communicator. He showed up when I bought the car to sign the papers (not for the test drive), and of the half dozen texts I sent to him, he responded to one - 3 days later. I did not feel supported or valued by this person, and I spent close to $40K on a new car that he sold. When I was involved with the finance process (with Nick), I got responses to communications for a while, and then my questions were no longer responded to (via text or email). When I went to the DMV to get tags for my car, I was told TWICE that I needed to come back because the car dealership had not sent in the appropriate paperwork. This incurred hours of wasted time and two fees to replace them. I realized I left Ray Bans in the car, and when I called to inquire about them, no one responded, and I am sure someone is enjoy the $200 sun glasses. When I went to get service on the vehicle after an accident, I was made to wait for a specific representative, while 3 employees were goofing off. After 15 minutes of waiting, one of these 3 individuals offered to ‘check me in,’ in the most ungracious manner. The encounter ended with me driving home my vehicle to find a dent in the side, and when I called to ask what had happened, I again incurred a communication void. No one responded to calls, voicemails or emails about my concern. Epic fail on all customer service fronts! I have had better customer care at McDonald’s.

Leased a Volkswagen Taos from this location, and had a great experience! Atticus helped me find my car, and he was very patient and was not pushy throughout the entire process! He showed me multiple vehicles and let me test drive them until I found the perfect car for me. Wade helped with the finance process and he was also fantastic! He answered all my questions and made the process smooth and easy. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm glad I picked this location.

Looking for a first vehicle for my son. Reliable, sporty, but not to fast, and affordable . Called Emich VW and spoke to Aaron about an internet find. It appeared to be a very appealing value. Made the trek from South Metro to Boulder. So glad we did!! We were greeted by the Owner/GM (Wade) and the coolest shop dog named Scooby. Wade opened the door and asked if we were there to see someone. He connected us with Aaron so we could test drive and the rest was as seamless as I have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. Aaron took care of everything! I mean he took care of EVERYTHING. Highly recommend Aaron. Make sure to ask him about his car. If you are looking for a no pressure relationship in a family environment, look no further! My family thanks the Emich Boulder family.

I’m always happy with Emich VW Boulder. Carlos is super nice, friendly and helpful. I brought my car in today for its 10,000 mile inspection and they told me a 90 minute wait, it was significantly less time than that. When I brought it in for a recall repair, I had the same experience. I love the video walk-around of your car that they send after they complete the service. My only complaint is that while I was waiting for about 10 minutes to get checked in with Carlos, who was with another person, the serviceman next to him was sitting at his computer on his phone. I know the dealership has a system of putting you with a specific service person but when you’re standing there waiting for help, it feels frustrating that the guy sitting right there can’t help you get checked in. Not a huge deal but from a customer perspective, it feels unnecessary and annoying.

Happy New Year thanks to Kiefer and Wade! Kiefer found me the perfect car and got all the paperwork ready making the entire process smooth and painless. Wade, even though he’s the GM, stayed late into the evening to help get me through finance and on my way. Not to mention Scooby being absolutely adorable! From start to finish this experience was as enjoyable as car buying can be! I never felt pressured or pushed and feel like I got a great deal. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to shop again.
