Whatever you do, don't take your car/truck here. These guys sold me brake rotors that warped twice, and on the third replacement in just a few weeks, they crashed my car, nearly totalling it in the process. They tried to tell me it was "only cosmetic damage" but the pictures show this was not true. They made my life hell when I lost my car, my way of making a living, and had to incur many additional expenses for a lawyer and rental car for the better part of a year until everything was settled. BEWARE

Took our Subaru here and got great service. Ben and Jesus helped us out right away, helped it was a slow Saturday morning but that still felt nice. Honest, straightforward, and professional. They didn’t try to upsell on things we didn’t need, directed us to the dealer since the issue in question would be covered under warranty. Would recommend.

Made an appointment online that was after close by mistake & these guys came through in the clutch & still changed my oil for me super fast. Everyone was super friendly & the waiting area was comfy & air conditioned. I felt bad for likely making these dudes stay late & even tried to reschedule, but they insisted it was no thang. My vehicle requires oil changes every 6 months & this will most definitely be my spot. Chuck, Ben & Ricky went outta their way for me & they’re all so rad.

ZERO STARS. - I took my car to this shop because it was making a funny noise. One of the front desk staffed looked at my car without having the engine on and checked multiple things like my oil and engine coolant. Then he finally asked me to turn on my car and heard where the noise was coming from it was my serpentine belt. I then was told to leave it with them and they would replace it for me. I picked it up later that day and went on my merry way. After only TWO DAYS I was driving home from work and pulled into my neighborhood when SMOKE started to come out of my engine and the back of my car. I was freaking out as I had JUST taken it to Meineke and now left with it in even WORSE CONDITION. Because of this I lost all my confidence in this shop to actually be able to fix my car. So the next best solution was to get it towed to the Honda Dealership since I have a Honda CRV and wanted an answer right away to what was wrong. I was then told by the mechanic that upon arrival to their shop they popped the hood and noticed my radiator cap off and just placed on the engine causing all my engine coolant to come out. Not only that but the serpentine belt was misaligned to the pulleys in my car causing my belt to then be frayed on the right side. BOTH of these contributed to the smoke and overheating of my engine. So a once $200 job now turned into around $530 to fix Meineke's mistake. Causing me now to spend over $700. When I returned to confront Chuck about the damage his negligence caused, I was met with hostility, gaslighting, and zero accountability. Rather than offering a refund or even a basic apology, he blamed me for the issues his shop caused. He then yelled, screamed, and threatened to call the police — all in an effort to intimidate and deflect. He also tried to get one of his mechanics to "take care of us" by shoving us out but fortunately his mechanics just looked at him strange and didn't come out. DON'T work or take your car there for this is an excuse of a man. How unprofessional to involve your employees in your customer affairs in order to cause harm. While I was on the phone with customer service and stepped outside the shop for a minute he then patronized and belittled my partner, saying "I see through your tough guy act, you're not even a customer here, go home" who came with me to ensure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. What’s even more disturbing? There are no working security cameras on site — a red flag for any business entrusted with people’s vehicles and safety. The lack of basic professionalism and competency here is appalling. Chuck Goward is incompetent, unethical, and outright DANGEROUS to anyone relying on him to do his job right. AVOID this place at all costs. I would not trust this man to change a windshield wiper, let alone handle critical engine components. Save yourself the stress, the expense, and the risk — take your car literally anywhere else. READ the other reviews this is a COMMON PRACTICE for this place to leave caps off, for people to leave with their car in worse condition. One customer reported taking it back there and now their car is messed up even further. So THANK YOU higher power for getting me not to go here again as Chuck is unfortunately a liar and takes not a single ounce of accountability. It's sad to see a company like Meineke let owners like this take advantage of customers and not give any accountability or punishment to the owner. I have contacted customer service multiple times and even have spoken to corporate. Chuck Goward does not follow the company's rules and regulations. He will come up with any excuse possible before even thinking about looking at it from a different perspective. Chuck Goward you are what makes the world stay where it's at and not move forward. You stand for what is wrong with this world, no accountability, no reasoning, and truly your appalling behavior. May karma come your way sooner rather than later for you deserve a taste of responsibility of your actions, and your wrong doings.

I decided to try out Meinike for the first time because of a coupon for an oil change. The interactions I had with people were pleasant and I was surprised that they told me by brake pads were still good instead of trying to sell new ones to me. A few days later, my car started leaking oil and I took it to another mechanic to get it fixed. I contacted the shop after to see if there was a way we could resolve the issue and we came to an agreement. Obviously it’s not ideal but the management was receptive and helpful

I brought my Honda Civic in that had a rusted muffler. Chuck and his crew were very professional and explained things very thoroughly giving me an estimate. They surprised me by getting the work done the same day so I was up and running. There was a special going on on a full synthetic oil change which I took advantage of. Highly recommended.

Overall, this shop is a little careless. They changed my oil this week and that same night my Check Engine light was on and I had to pull over and found that the engine/filter hose clamp was completely loosened and the entire tube was open with fresh air going to the engine... I luckily could fix it on the fly. I went back in the next day and asked them to check their work, which they did, and apologized. This isn't the first time this shop has been careless. One time a couple years ago I had an appointment for an oil change and they didn't get to it ALL DAY and at the end of the day called me to tell me they wouldn't get to it. What a waste of a day and waste of Uber dollars I had to spend to get to and from the shop. Finally, their shop manager was late to opening the shop, the mechanic was texting/on his phone, and when they handed me the vehicle I asked where the keys were, if they were in the car, and they said "uhh sure" and they weren't. Someone had to go find them in the back. Just go elsewhere, please.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! Great work for half the price of most other shops while having great customer service. I recommend this place to anyone I know that needs to get an oil change or tire rotation they are quick and far better priced than anyone in the area. I had a weird issue with my heater a Ben and the main mechanic worked hard to find the problem and get it fixed for me free of charged since it was something small. I will be going to them as long as I am in Boulder.

Great service, amazing service customer and fair pricing. I’ve had issues with Meineke’s however this one stands out from the others! I had my transmission fluid drained and replaced within 2 hours. They also gave me more information about my vehicle regarding how to properly service my car and suggestions. It’s an honest shop and I would use them again for further service/repairs.
