BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE🚫‼️‼️‼️🚫🚫🚫 Absolutely Horrible Experience - Deceptive Practices and Terrible Customer Service I can honestly say that my experience with BP Ford has been one of the worst I’ve ever had with any dealership. On February 21st, I purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey, and the entire process has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. A few days before I arrived at the dealership, I spoke with a sales rep named Isaiah, who quoted me a price of $18,386 for the vehicle, not including my trade-in. When I showed up at the dealership to finalize the deal, I was greeted by Caesar and Bob, who informed me that Isaiah had been fired, and the price he gave me was wrong. They then told me the vehicle would actually be an extra $6,000 for added features that were never mentioned. I was furious, so I left. But the drama didn’t end there. About 20 minutes later, Bob called me back and miraculously said they would honor the original price Isaiah quoted. At that point, I was desperate and agreed to move forward with the purchase. Little did I know, this would only be the beginning of my nightmare. On March 1st, the check engine light appeared on the van. I took the vehicle to Diamond Valley Honda in Hemet (the closest Honda dealership to where I live) only to find out that the van has serious issues – it needs all new fuel injectors and spark plugs due to misfires, totaling around $3,000 in repairs! I was beyond livid. I immediately reached out to BP Ford for help, but after several attempts and long hold times, no one cared to assist. I have call records to prove how long I’ve been ignored. Finally, I got in touch with Deana, who promised to speak with a sales manager about the issue. But once again, nothing happened. No call back, no resolution, just complete indifference. As an active-duty military member and father of two, I bought this van to ensure my wife and children would have a safeand reliable vehicle while I’m away serving my country. Instead, I’ve been left with a broken, faulty vehicle and a dealership that clearly has no interest in standing behind their products or providing any customer support. The van was eventually fixed at my own expense, after weeks of being ignored! The staff even gave me a fake email address. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership, and I will never recommend BP Ford to anyone. They’ve shown nothing but deception, incompetence, and utter disregard for their customers and people who serve our country. If you’re thinking about buying a car here, run far away.

I would like to highlight that John was particularly helpful and friendly throughout. Additionally, the individual handling the paperwork was excellent; he was genuinely caring and made me feel like more than just a client. However, I did find that the negotiation took longer than expected. While I understand that the manager initially declining my offer is part of the process, the resulting delay was significant. Took my F-150 in for a coolant loss issue after another dealership told me it was “normal” (it’s not). Brought it to LB Ford and worked with Jose—great decision. Jose was excellent from start to finish. He was very communicative, clearly explained the issue, and walked me through the repair process. On top of that, I had an aftermarket alarm that was supposed to be disabled but kept going off. Jose quickly got a technician involved and they were able to disconnect it. 5/5 experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and will continue working with Jose.

I purchased a pre-owned ford mustang from this dealer last month & it's been a horrible experience. To begin with; their finance tactics are abhorrent and remind you of some shady, 1980's sales tactics that give dealers a bad name. I should have followed my instincts and walked out the door. They started by offering some ridiculous 16% interest rate (to see what we'd say) when they could see we were shocked, they came back with som sleazy... "we're still waiting on other banks, these are just the first offers". So to be clear. If we would have said "ok" they would have sold us a car at 16% interest that we ended up getting at 6%. In what world do they start at 16% That alone should trigger some sort of finance usury law or violation of truth in lending disclosure. Again. My big mistake; was not walking out then & there. I ended up purchasing the car. A car with a clean carfax that they made me sign off on, claimed no prior damage, no accidents. Not a month goes by, that I get clipped by a car. After filing my insurance claim, I'm called in by the reputable body shop. Apparently they wanted to point out that the car had been in a previous accident and show me the damage. To my horror; the entire side panel was COVERED in bondo. The paint could just be chipped right off. It wasn't factory paint. The trunk? Also had been crumpled and had paint overspray underneath. When the seats were removed? Broken windshield glass was all underneath the seats (when no glass had been broken when I got clipped). They sold me a structurally compromised car that had clearly been in a major accident that had never been reported while I paid top blue book value for a car that was represented as having never been in an accident. I tried to be fair, only to be dealt with the run-around, customer shaming and taking no responsibility for the quality of what they represent to a consumer. Shady business dealings doesn't suffice. The finance manager congratulated stating I was purchasing a car from a known client that had traded in the car, only to find out it was purchased in a general auction for resale. They made no attempt to be fair, not to make anything right, when they sold a car under fraudulent misrepresentation. This isn't the Worthington Ford we used to have. It's filled with disengenious business practices from finance to sales misrepresentation of their cars with no duty of care, integrity nor honor in business practice. THIS is the type of establishment that's every negative connotation associated with "car salesman" tactics. Now I'll be embroiled in legal for the foreseeable future because they opted to not take responsibility, nor offer some sort of solution or anyway shape of form of making things right. I paid top market value for a car that was supposed to be free of accidents that had actually been in a wreck. The value was not the same. But they pretended it was & act like it's no big deal that it wasn't. Blows my mind that a company would compromise its reputation and integrity so carelessly. Instead of making things right, when they could have worked it out? Now they'll be spending it on legal. Their choice I suppose. I will be forwarding my complaint to the Attorney General as well. If any of you that have had negative experiences like mine? Feel free to reach out to me. Full review on yelp. Do yourself a favor. Take your business elsewhere. One star. Anthony the Sales Manager was very accommodating. I worked with the sales rep Zee, and informed her that we did not want to step foot in the dealership to make the purchase. The team was able to assist us in completing the entire transaction by text message, phone and email. We only had to come in to bring our trade-in and pick up our new truck and I am sure if we requested delivery they would’ve happily obliged. Everything was very seamless. No need to go in and haggle and spend hours at the dealership when all this can be done over the phone. Very good pricing and very good service. We look forward to bringing our vehicle here for all of its maintenance. Very friendly staff.
