I was impressed by the owner, but my car is a 28 old Volvo, an OBD 1 car. He said that a car that old was one he could not help. He indicated that he would contact older mechanics who were familiar with my vintage car and get back to me. He hasn't yet.

Brought my Chevy Truck. Very through with their explanations when finding the issue for my vehicle and gave me choices which is refreshing. I had a list of requests for my vehicle and were honest about certain things they could do and cant do so I appreciate them networking with the locals for services they may not do. Family run business for a long time. Recommend by appointment if you go here. Brakes working nice again. Will come back again.

This shop is Awesome. Ruben and his team are friendly knowledgeable and HONEST! Mechanics like this are very hard to find! They have worked on each of the three vehicles I own and have done great work every time. They even squeezed me in for a same day appointment to fix my air conditioning so I could have my truck for the weekend trip I wanted to take ...that’s Excellent customer service! Their prices are Pretty reasonable I recommend this shop for everyone, but especially for the ladies that need repair and don’t want to worry about getting ripped off. This place will take care of you.

Lincoln Auto Electric was absolutely FANTASTIC!! This is the first time that I can truly say a car shop had my best interests and the longevity of my car at heart. Nick was upfront with me from the beginning that he and his family would inspect the entire car with the damage that I thought they would need to be looking at, but that it may not be a great idea to pay for everything because of the mileage and year of my car (For information, I drive a 2008 Volkswagen Beetle with 97,000 miles on it). It ended up that some of the damage I described wasn't actually an issue for my car, and they did inform me of one other issue they found for my car and informed me of the service before proceeding with it. Nick kept me updated with the process the entire time, and let me know of any price changes and services throughout. What I initially thought was going to be a $1600 fix ended up being $585 thanks to this amazing team!! Nick even offered personal advice with his background in marketing and finance with ideas for the best time to sell my car within the next year, as well as the best models to get for the price range I can work with. I will absolutely be using this family as my mechanic for all the years to come in Long Beach. Thank you Lincoln Auto Electric!!

This service here is AMAZING. Among, other things they are very courteous , responsive and explanatory. The mechanics explain everything they need to do to your car and why, so that you are fulling informed when making a decision. We were coming from out of town into Long Beach, I called ahead because the car was giving us trouble on the ay down. They asked all kinds of questions about the symptoms, before suggesting I bring the car in. Turns out the car had a failing alternator. Lincoln Auto sourced the alternator for a 2016 VW Jetta after 3 pm on Friday and had the car ready from me by the end of their day. AMAZING! Nicest people too!

I was originally happy with the replacement of my engine coil and spark plugs. Not so much now. They aren’t standing behind their work citing lack of staff. Moved defective plug to a new location and told me it was okay to drive (even freeway driving). After two hours my car is jerking and when I called them they said they’d be closed the next four days and I could return them for a diagnostic. I don’t think so. I’m not in the business of handing money over for this type of service and accountability. They may have been good years ago, but not now.

Nick and the rest of the crew here are incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They are honest and straightforward and I've never felt like I was being pressured or upsold by them like I do with so many other shops. Their work appears to be good quality, I have been happy with every repair I've had them do so far. They even helped deal with a difficult tow truck driver that tried to unload my car in an unsafe manner, Nick made sure everything went smoothly and helped deal with the grumpy tow driver. I will be bringing all my vehicles here for everything they need in the future, this is now my favorite auto shop in Long Beach.
