This is the place to go for honest, reliable service...something that's difficult to find these days! I cannot say enough good things about this repair shop! We were traveling when our car broke down near them. They went out of their way to help us, and let us know the break down was due to a mistake made during our last oil change (at a different place in Orlando.) Then they took pictures for us and spoke on our behalf. End result? A lot of trouble for Brad's, but a huge help for us. The other place ended up paying for 100% of our repairs.

Brad's automotive was recommended to me by a friend and i'm so glad they did. My A/C stopped working and I was told it was something electrical by another mechanic, which quoted me $109/hour just to diagnose the problem. Bruce and the team changed my oil and diagnosed the A/C issue without charging me, and then order the parts I needed and now it works perfectly. Bruce also took the time to print out a sheet explaining the issue and what the parts were that needed to be replaced. Save yourself time and money and go to Brad's!

Brad’s Automotive was recommended to me by a coworkers boyfriend, and I am so glad I decided to give them a shot! Absolutely THE BEST mechanic I’ve ever taken my cars to...every single aspect of my experience way beyond exceeded my expectations, from their customer service, knowledge, honesty, recommendations, cost, and ease of scheduling appointments. They gave us a written estimate to get the parts thru them, but also gave us the option to buy our own parts and just have them do the install (which is the option we went with). These guys (John in particular) went above & beyond...friendly, knowledgeable, patient, answered any & all questions we had, really took time to explain things and show us examples of what he was talking about. It is obvious that they truly care about their customers safety in regards to being on the road! We took the car in for new front & rear brake pads/rotors and without being asked they do took it upon themselves to do a full inspection of the car, under the hood and undercarriage and tires and everything. Gave us a rundown of the condition of everything, and told us about things to keep an eye on down the road. They even greased and lubed up some things under the hood without charge. John even took the time to show us the old rotors that he took off the car and explained what the issues with them were. I would give Brad’s a 100 star rating if I could!

I'm extremely picky about my cars, and after several bad experiences with mechanics, have always opted to do the work myself, including everything from engine rebuilds to transmission swaps. However, when I found myself on a business trip here to Ft. Lauderdale with a potentially problematic leaky seal in my front differential and no tools, I turned to Google for help. Brads Automotive is a godsend. They immediately put my truck up on the lift, and had excellent communication with me about what makes the most sense in addressing the issue, including some other maintenance items I had been putting off. I primarily spoke with Bruce and Dave, and it rapidly became clear that they have a very good work ethic, and are extremely knowledgeable about all makes and models. Bruce wrote up the ticket and researched the issues and parts, while Dave did an outstanding job of pointing and speaking about what should be done from a repair and maintenance standpoint. Their estimate was clear and fair, and was ultimately right on the money. The work was performed in a timely fashion, and Dave even took the time to show me the faulty components after the repairs. I was staying at a hotel nearby, and it was no problem for them to drop me off and pick me up. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I've seen the worst, and the good, but they are definitely the best, a crew I would return to again and again if I was local. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

I have been going to Brad's automotive repair for 30 years when they were working out of a gas station at 56 ave and Hollywood Blvd. They have fixed every vehicle I have owned since then. They are the best, and honest. Don't expect to pay for a discount service, but you will always be glad you went their. You can also ask for your old parts ! John and Bruce will never fail you !

Over 10 years ago I was referred to these wonderful people. I have to give a big shoutout to John because he has been amazing servicing my car & my husband's truck. He will show you what is going on with your vehicle & will answer your questions that you have. He will tell you the honest truth & I know that's hard to find.
