Unprofessional analysis of the problem. I was initially told that the problem was low Freon for the compressor clutch not engaging. Further analysis claimed there was a problem with the control unit inside the car. AC worked fine previously with a new compressor. Final analysis was not proven. Waste of time and nonrefundable $114.98 evaluation charge. I would not recommend Artic Auto Service. 👎👎👎

I made the right choice. The service exceeded my expectations, and they provided detail information step by step of the issues of the buses. They were on point providing details of every issue and what step they took to correct the issues unlike another company that failed to do its due diligence and care. I was very impressed with their service and communication. I will definitely use them again. Good service I had to get my AC fixed they replace the blower I had to take it back it was making a noise and they took care of it right away thank you Adam 2nd Service appointment My pathfinder 2007 kept shutting off I took it back to Arctic Auto Care since I had such good service getting my AC fixed they analyze everything and found the problem there were several things that needed to be done since my pathfinder is 18 years old yes she is 18 years old and still had original parts on it it was extensive work but they got it done and my SUV is running like new I want to thank Adam and all of the crew at Arctic Auto Center for great customer service and great service overall definitely recommend them

My first experience using Arctic Auto Center. My sibling referred me to use their services. I contacted the company on Tuesday spoke with Adam, he advised for me to drop the car off and to leave the car on Wednesday. He clearly advised their busy and have a lot of vehicles to service. Due to unforeseen events the car was diagnosed on Thursday. Thursday, Adam contacted me & provided detailed information for the AC. He explained the diagnostic, reason, cause, and what was needed to improve the AC in the car. I gave him the yes for repairs. Adam called me back for pick up. I appreciated his direct honesty, being fair & transparent about the unforeseen events that took place on Wednesday, and for showing me he is loyal to what he said he will do in my situation. Honest, complete, A+++

This is literally the worst site I have ever visited in 50 yrs online! Its either a front for something else or they are 5 minutes awsy from going out of business...period. As soon as you open website there is no contact us, no search box to see if they have vehicle or parts customers need, to email, no live chat, not even a phone number thst anyone answers. It may as well not even advertise, just close because its useless...it has 1 option, make appointment...who would schedule appt not knowing if they even have any of the products customer needs....talk about a useless waste of time! Avoid going to that site.

This review is way overdue. I started using Armstrong about 2 yrs ago when they went the name Honest1 Auto Care. Same owners just a different name. After being ripped off by other mechanics over the years, I was on a search to find an honest mechanic. They were recommended on Facebook and I decided to give them a try. The service writers are extremely helpful and friendly. To give you an idea how honest they are.. A few months ago I got a nail in tire on my way to work on a Sunday. I stopped at a tire place near my office. I showed the worker there my tire and he told me I needed to replace the tire. He quoted me $245. I told him that I didn't have that kind of money on me. He then suggested that I could walk up the road to an ATM. He told me he'll do it for $200. It seemed really sus to me. I told him I had to get to work and asked him to put the spare tire on. He then gave me attitude, however put the spare on. I told him I would come back on Monday. I ended up going to Armstrong on Monday. They told me that I did not need a new tire and they could just patch the tire. This is why I go to Armstrong. A few weeks later I got another nail in a different tire and I took my car to Armstrong. Ramon took care of me and looked at the tire. Luckily it just involved patching it. I also noticed that my tire sensor light stopped working after the last nail incident. I asked Ramon about fixing it. He told me as long as I keep checking my tire pressure, I didn't have to fix the sensor, which would have run $240. extremely honest. Everyone is wonderful at Armstrong, however I usually deal with Ramon. Thank you Ramon for always being so kind, caring and knowledgeable. 10 out of a 10.

Absolutely fantastic service!! George and his team were amazing on getting without a doubt the coldest air I have ever felt on an executive conversation Sprinter. Some of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met . #articauto is on my 5 Star ⭐️ list for awesome energy. If you need a AC work done I strongly suggest you visit them. "ARTIC Auto will get you Cooled downed I had the pleasure of having artic auto center work on my 30 year old Dodge Ram and they are the only place to go if you have ac issues in your automobile. William is a very reliable and knowledgeable technician who is willing to explain the problem and process of your repair needs to get you back on the road as soon as possible, they will provide you the price for the repair prior to the working on your vehicle so you're not going to get a surprise repair bill and the work has a warranty for 1 year or 12,000 miles.I was a pain in the butt and they were very good in showing me how and what the repair was needed to fix my vehicle. Artic auto repair center is A+++ thank you Adam and William for a job extremely well done.
