I had an excellent experience at Brake Masters on Blue Diamond in Las Vegas. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I went in for a lug nut bolt repair, and they were honest about what needed to be done without any pressure to upsell unnecessary services. The work was done efficiently, and my car now feels much safer. I really appreciated the clean waiting area and the prompt service. I’ll definitely be returning here for future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest car service.

This has become my go-to oil change place. They provide me a no-nonsense oil change without trying to upsell me a bunch of services I don't need.

I have been going here for a while now to get My oil changed and the service is excellent. But my recently the checked my A/C for free and notice a leak. They gave me cheaper alternatives which was great.

I wanted to make sure this was a good spot for my elderly parents to go to in case I couldn’t work on their car. I’m a mechanic myself and I brought my car in for a simple oil change and a courtesy check on the air filters and brake fluid and of that sort. I know for certain my air filters are old and need changing, my wiper blades are damn near flat and both of these courtesy checks passed with flying colors. Not only that but my “quick oil change” took nearly 2 hours, no oil change for a standard car would take up to 2 hours. Not coming here again

Took the wife's car in for a simple oil change, this is how she gets it back. She has been driving around for two days with oil coming out of the motor since they did not put the oil cap back on. She was complaining of a strong smell and this could have caused a fire. I tried calling them but they did not answer. I would not let them touch anyone's car. Be aware!

This place takes multiple hours to get an oil change done and broke the dashcam in my car. I had to contact their corporate office to get reimbursed for that because the employees at the store tried to deny it even though it was shown on the dash cam footage itself When I had brought this up to the employee at the front counter, he brought out a teenage employee and had him apologize then they tried to get out of paying for the damage. Why would you bring out your younger employee and have him apologize and then try to deny any wrong doing? Just bringing out that kid to take full responsibility was so ridiculous and strange, I have no clue what was going on but tossing your employees under the bus is a gross move, just correct the issue but that had to be done by myself through contacting beyond just this store, I was refunded nearly $200 for the damages though but would still not return here just because the wait times are ridiculous

Brought my car in there because it was “smelling hot”. They informed me the part that held the coolant had a crack in it and was leaking and needed to be replaced. I paid for it and they did it, or supposedly did it. Two days later my car overheated and the gasket blew because apparently there was no coolant or replacement coolant part in there according to the other shop I brought it to. $2300 to repair (somewhere else obviously).

Dropped car off for brakes. Received a text saying that I needed front pads and rotors. They also said I needed an oil change that was 1000 miles overdue( based on service message that popped up because it was never reset) and that my cabin air filter was clogged. I called and informed them that oil change was done 2.5 months ago and cabin air filter was replaced the day before. I was going to have them go ahead with brakes but called Tire Works to see what they would charge and they said based on my car mileage I probably would not need brand new rotors and they could resurface them there. I picked my car up from Brake Masters and brought it to Tire Works and it turned out my rotors did not even need to be resurfaced, they were fine. Only needed brake pads.

REVISED. TOTAL SCAM. THEY WILL SABOTAGE YOUR VEHICLE! The put wrong parts in. They told me I needed $2,000 to fix my AC. It was only a loose hose! Gee wonder how that happened! I could go on. Just stay away. . I always take my vehicles to the dealership for service. I came and spoke with Richard. He is sincere and showed a high level of knowledge & integrity. C300 2019 92,000 miles Catalytic Converter Replaced! Front Brakes & Rotors! Fuel Injector Serviced! Spark Plugs Replaced! Under $3,000! The Dealership would have cost me $5,000+! The work was done properly and my car is operating smooth and efficient! Mike the mechanic that worked on my car was very informative with any other potential issues I might have coming up. This place is THE 💣 BOMB!!

Took the car in because the brake pedal was hissing when pressed. They "repaired" it and left the key in the car draining my battery all night. Went to pick it up and it would not start. They jumped it and the brake pedal went all the way to the floor. They had to "take a look at it". I picked it up 2 days later and it ran ok but now will not start at all. I would not recommend this place for anything. I literally took it in there just for the brakes and now have to buy a whole new battery.

I was able to get an appointment to get the brakes replaced right away. They gave me an explanation of what needed to be done and the work was completed in a very short period of time. The business was clean and well kept. And the employees were very knowledgeable.

I had a unique problem: I went to a used tire shop, and they ended up damaging the lug nut on a tire I didn’t even need to replace. My driver’s side rear tire blew out one night, and the tow truck driver couldn’t change it because of the damaged lug nut. Therefore, I had my vehicle towed to Discount Tire, which couldn’t do anything and recommended I take it to Brake Masters. I had my car towed again to Brake Masters and spoke with Cassady at the front desk, who was pleasant. I also talked to the manager, Chris, who was equally delightful. This location was spotless, and I left and returned later. The mechanic replaced the lug nut, put on the spare tire, and charged me $65.51.I would return to this location in a heartbeat!
