I took my truck January 2025. The alignment was good. However I was advised to replace front brake pads, wheel bearings and lower ball joints for over $2,000. I went to the dealership for a 2nd opinion and was told they were all good and didn't need replacement.

Overall great experience. I went in to get a wheel alignment and the price was extremely reasonable. Customer service was 👍👍 and waiting room is spacious and comfortable with a working restroom 🚻 The lobby was decorated nicely and had Christmas music on. I wouldn't have minded waiting more than the 40 minutes it took to get my service done. As I was waiting a man approached the counter to boast about their services and offered to buy everyone there lunch the next day. I took that as a good sign ⭐ My car feels great. I'll be going back for sure.

Use to be a great place been coming for 5 years now it’s not last 3 times I’ve come they forgot to replace my headlight and charged me for it. Had to drive back n ask why it was still sitting in my front seat. Another time I was pushed back 3 hrs for an oil change cuz a man came in angry about work done on his car. This time was told a price over phone then tried charge me $200 more. Be careful check your receipts and work done on car before you leave ladies. They seem to only cater to men who call them out.

I have been going to the shop for about 13 years now and I have never had an issue with them. Until recent, I have been taking my 2000 Honda Accord to the shop and they took great care of me. shady characters run the other way as fast as you can Done an alignment on my vehicle was done. Wrong was never done right came back six different times each time was told different stories. Final arrival I was told oh you’re out of warranty shady shop like I said run the other way.

We used to take our cars here for 15 years but since Adam and Angel left this branch the integrity has gone out the window. They keep overcharging my son. Last time we spent 600$ extra because they didn’t check the timing after they serviced it. This time 1100$ for new brakes and rotors when other quotes are at least 200$ less. Not what it used to be.
