Great service. Carl went above and beyond for me every step of the way. The whole experience was actually pleasant. I think what I was most impressed with was the level of communication I received. I didn’t feel “handled”. I didn’t like the way my emblem looked after being replaced. Carl who had already stayed late for me that day didn’t hesitate in getting it fixed & made sure I was completely happy when I left with my car.

I dropped my car off on Friday (they gave me a ride to pick up my other truck) and was told I could pick it up the following Friday. It was ready on Tuesday and I had no way to pick it up and they came and got me! Car looks great and excellent customer service in the office also! I have had work done at numerous Caliber locations in LA and OC area. Tried this location because I now live in Menifee. This Caliber does not do the same quality work that I am accustomed to from this corporate auto body repair place. Had multiple issues with the quality of the paint and repair work and also misalignment of the bumper, which they tried to blame on me and VERY light curb rash. Car was not QA’d before they released it to me. I came the first time and issues with paint on the bumper. After I picked it up the second time there are swirl marks in the paint. “Oh that’s an easy fix we just need 30-60 mins to get that done”. Well if that’s the case, someone should’ve taken the extra 30 mins to make sure the work was done correctly instead of making me come back to get it fixed a THIRD time. These photos are the current condition of the car. They still need to fix it CORRECTLY. Swirl marks everywhere they painted and misalignment of the front bumper.

My previous experience in Dec of 2024 was stellar. This time not so much. I waited for nearly an hour without any communication other than that initiated by me. I had to leave for an appointment and so I left without talking to the technician. They did the exact same windshield replacement in my previous service and did a fabulous job. Thiw time the job was not fully completed when I picked up my car. The manager promptly responded and took care of me and finished the job. I'll give them 4 stars...2.5 to the technician for not being able to do what their last technician did and 5 stars to the manager for being so prompt and courteous.
