These guys had me fooled I took my car to another shop my the cemetery, those guys charged me $90.00 to just look at 2 out of my car issues. I went to National and they looked at my 3 car issues and I thought that they had fixed my 2 separate problems alot cheaper and faster than the other guy. I have had to take my car back 3 times. I broke down in the Ortegas because they did not replace the old clamps on my new radiator and when I told them I had to have it towed and fixed in Orange county they did not even apolize. NEVER GO THERE! I spent $950.00 there for 3 things to be repaired and 2 of them have had to be repaired AGAIN with someone else

Moses & his team at National are honest, friendly & go out of their way to help you! I am new to the area but have used them several times. They will take a look at your car right away & let you know the REAL problem!! There is NO shady stuff going on there, you will get a TRUE answer of what is wrong & they work quickly to fix it! Do Not use this mechanic!!! So dishonest! Takes advantage of older women!! Stole parts from our car after $1200.00 in alleged repairs. We called several times to ask about the missing parts and he,The owner (Jimmy), kept saying he would “look for them and call us back”but we never heard anything. Finally went to the shop to discuss and after an hour he started yelling in front of everyone and told a 58 year old woman to F-OFF!!! He is super rude and unprofessional!

Went for a quick inspection but couldn’t afford the repairs at the moment. Once I got my vehicle back same day later had a random oil leak. Someone Loosened up my oil filter. I don’t like to point fingers, but if you get work done somewhere make sure they don’t mess with your stuff.

The worst shop I've ever dealt with. A bunch of crooks that will rip you off and blatantly lie to your face. I spent nearly $4,000 to get an "engine overhaul" as they call it and what the owner Jamie said would be a week is now 2 months later and my car is worse than when I brought it in. I brought it in wanting a new or used engine because of fast oil consumption, but Jamie talked me into an overhaul. In the process of them working on my car they messed with some wires that they claimed they checked and caused the check engine light to come on and then broke 2 of my engine mounts which now causes a vibration which Jamie claims the vibration and check engine light were caused by an ecm! I waited 3 weeks for this ecm that ended up having nothing to do with the check engine light or vibration! They damaged things they weren't even supposed to touch and refuse to fix them. On top of everything, they didn't even care to change my air filter that's in my engine! Unless you want to have to get a lawyer and sue this place like I'm in the process of doing, don't go here!!

There is a reason why I only take my car here now. I always call ahead and they are nothing but kind reasonable and professional. They have worked on all the cars I have owned and I will always go to them no matter what. The owner is amazing and is very understanding. And the technicians do fabulous work. The tall lanky man is very very respectful and only touches what he needs to. And treated all my cars with the respect I would give them. I can honestly say all the bad reviews are garbage.

I had a valve job done on my truck and they did not perform the job to my satisfaction. I am on a fixed income and I have a hard time getting used to how everything is so expensive. They charge $150 an hour for labor. My entire bill was $4520. Maybe that's a fair price nowadays, but it's a lot for me to pay. I can't see how anyone can afford to pay $150 an hour for a mechanic. I do not recommend National Automotive. They did not perform the job I paid for. I paid $4520 for nothing. I'm going to report them to the bureau of automotive repair.

I had a engine replaced in a SUV in 2012 it was like new! It still runs great! I have come in for a few other maintenance issues as well but do not live in town. I recently had a water pump replaced in my truck and they did it quickly and at a reasonable price. It is a family owned business and most of the employees work hard to to do a good job. So far I am a happy customer!

Wow, my name is Alex just got my journey back from the shop, had a knocking sound on my car and I thought, well have 168000 miles on it, that's it, is gone. Not so fast they check it out and find out that the flywheel was crack, they replace that and now it runs better than before.
