Well I've been taking my truck to multi car service repair for 7 years in and you can't find a more honest hard working hard working business anywhere anywhere then here At multi car auto repair Mr. And mrs Bethel are awesome honest people anybody who says that they double charge and overprice is is it is a bunch of croc because like I said I've been going there 7 years and I'll never take my truck or any other my vehicles anywhere else but multi car auto repair Hate to see reviews like that about my friend's business because it is not true they are honest hard working and they do not overcharge matter fact I don't think they charge enough Is there to testify a multi service auto repair is the way to go when you want to honest job done to your vehicle And that is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me Jesus

We live in Oceanside and drive to Beto with ANY concern we may have. Our SUV was looked at by 3 mobile mechanics, 2 that we had the car towed to AND Ford... no one figured out why my car wasnt running. But each place charged a fee for checking. I found beto and I dropped off and picked up 4 hrs late. It ran brand new AND he made me another key without asking for free... and the total came to $450. The price I had already paid the others who told me they couldnt fix it. I thought something was wrong with my newest car. Beto looked at it for free! Said it looked perfect. And send me on my way. He could have told me ANYTHING and I would have believed it. His labor fees are beyond fair. Very reliable and trust worthy. We will never go anywhere else!

No words can express how greatful I am to Multi Service Auto Repair. I took in my 2017 Honda Civic and within minutes the machanic was able to point out what was wrong with my vehicle. I love this place the team is very caring and helpful. They know what is the best course of action and they will tell you as it is. They don't cheat you they go through every detail. When I bring my car they tell me how long and they take my number and call me back with the charges and what is going to be done. I love this place .

I used to speak very highly of this shop. Over the past few years I’ve had them work on a few of my cars and have sent friends there for car repairs. However last week I took my car in for diagnostics to determine the cause my car running lean. I was informed that my car needed 2 upstream O2 sensors and 2 downstream O2 sensors. It also needed to replace the air resonator because a vacuum leak was detected. I tried to explain that my car only has a total of 2 O2 sensors. 1 upstream, 1 downstream. I was ignored. For the recommended repairs they wanted $990. $400 was for labor to install 2 O2sensors and the air resonator which takes about 20 minutes to replace. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Possibly because of my age as I am a senior citizen. Believe me I do know enough about my car to know it only has 2 O2 sensors. Anyway, I replaced both O2 sensors with quality parts and the air resonator as the shop recommended. Guess what, the check engine light came right back on with the same OBD code P0-71 that I took it to the shop to diagnose in the first place. So I’m back to square one. I will no longer recommend this shop to anyone. And if anyone asks me about the shop I will tell them how I was treated. Come to find out the diagnosis I paid $75 for was wrong also. Do not trust your vehicle at the shop.
