The worst experience ever, they were rude and not helpful I was there to do a voluntary Interlock, their shop was packed with broken cars inside and out. I was quoted $50 monthly fee and RPM employee (over weight mechanic) called the supervisor and said it was $76 monthly and wouldn't change it. Ridiculous, the LifeSafer phone support said that wasn't right and gave me a different location to go to. Now I'm getting it done by a professional not a crook.
