Brazos Valley Collision Center knocked it out of the park! The work they did to repair my car was outstanding, and done in a very timely manner. The body work was great, and the paint blending is perfection. My car was super clean when I got it back. Even the inside was vacuumed, wow! The staff sent me regular text updates that kept me in the loop, as to the progress of my repair. Gilbert was wonderful to work with, and very knowledgeable in handling my insurance claim. They turned my painful situation of having a wrecked vehicle, into a very positive outcome. I highly recommend this center for any collision repairs you need, you won't regret it.

I can not say enough about how great my experience with Brazos Valley Collision was. Gilbert, the man assigned to my car, was the sweetest, most helpful guy. Being a young college girl I was not sure of everything I needed to do when I accident scrapped my car against a boulder. He walked me through everything. My car was there for about two weeks and he answered all the questions I had and kept me updated. There were a few problems with incorrect parts that came in, but they were sure to fix the problem promptly and still get everything done. I was having to pay for a rental car out of pocket and when the repair got delayed they offered to let me drive a loaner they had. This was a God sent because it saved me a lot of time, money, and hassle. Then, two weeks later, I had a small child scratch my car with a piece of wood. Gilbert was able to take my car for only one day and had all the scratches polished out when another place said they could get only about 80% out for $200! They even washed and vacuumed my car when it was all done with. I would highly recommend anyone go here if they are in need of body work. All of the people I interacted with were amazing and although my situation was not the best, Gilbert and the staff made it better in the end.

So helpful and kind! I genuinely am so thankful for Gilbert and Fred specifically because they fixed a leak in my trunk that I’d had for months and had patched on my own but been unable to find anyone willing to look at it and resolve it. It was a pretty unique problem and they worked with me to find time to bring in my car, they were super transparent about exactly what they were doing and how they were fixing it, and the pricing was great! I will be recommending them to anyone I know with car troubles.

I was leasing a 2024 Honda Accord from Allen Honda in College Station, TX. and I was rear-end so I took the car back to Allen Honda for them to take the car to Brazos Collison for repairs. After the repairs I noticed that it was paint/clear coat toxic smell coming from the truck and inside the car. I reported to my insurance progressive, Allen Honda and Brazos. Allen Honda and the Brazos denied the toxic smell but offered to clean the car out! After they claimed that they did all that they can do the toxic some still was in the car causing me to have headache feeling nausea and wheezing I had to go to urgent care because of the toxins smell. I reached out to Allen Honda they were no help at all and didn't offered to buy the car back but they did want me to off volunteer repo and or end lease with penalty. I will never buy a car from Allen Honda and I will never suggest anyone to send their car for repairs to Brazos collision that is certified in repairing Honda and Acura. Horrible and Terrified experience!

Mo and his team did some work on a dent in the back of my CRV. He charged a reasonable amount and, when I went to pick GT up my car, not only was it cleaned inside and out, but Mo also had his people fix a small dent on the other side! He said that, since they had it taken apart, he wanted them to take care of it. Also, all of the work done was top notch. This is the third time I have brought a car in to Mo. Thank you for your superior and ethical work!!!

They did an amazing job fixing my Honda accord. My neighbor had backed into me and left my rear drivers door and wheel well bent and scratched. I took it here to have it fixed and I was worried since it was Honda pearl white but it looks brand new. They had it done in a week and were super awesome about the whole situation. I did not have one problem and they even gave me lug nut locks included with the repair since the dealership didn’t give me a key to my original ones. I recently went back to get a quote for a door dent that was on the car when I bought it. Hani recognized me right away and even offered a discount since I was a returning costumer. Their quote was really really reasonable even before the discount! He also noticed my car modifications and offered to help with some of them. They are absolutely great and treat their costumers wonderfully! Would 100% recommend to get your car fixed here!

Brazos Valley Collision was very quick with its service. I had gotten into a minor fender bender and hit the front right of my car into someone else back bumper. Minor damages, but the whole front bumper of my car needed to be replaced, at least in my opinion. Everyone from the front desk workers to speaking with Gilbert made the process very easy. They got personal with me and remembered who I was and what car I drove and everything. My car was fixed in a week. Even with the "snow day" that we had recently. Brazos Valley Collision was even kind enough to clean my car exterior and interior before returning it back to me. That shows quality service and quality care. Their customer service is great. I highly recommend anyone needing repairs to give them a visit.

Just writing this review after 1.5 years. The job that Saúl did at BVCC was amazing! Fair price and excellent service! The roof has held up great. I don’t have a current picture but the second picture was taken a few days after the job was done. (The white marks are from a quick wax job just to get it on the roof in case of bird droppings.) To this day, no peeling, bubbling, or orange peel. Roof still looks brand new! I would definitely recommend them for your painting and work!

Could not be happier with the work they did to repair some front end damage to my 2023 Tesla Model 3. Many shops won’t even work on Teslas, but Moe Mooti - Owner, didn’t hesitate to take the car and work with the insurance company to cover the cost.
