My rear fender on my pick up truck received a scratch from another tenant at our retirement community. Took it to Caliber Tower PT and Robert Finley buffed it out and sealed it for no charge.Just said give me your keys and I'll take care of it. First stopped at another shop on Hwy 30 and they wanted 700.00 dollars. Can't say enough about Robert. Thanks so much.

Since they’re usually closed, I wasn’t expecting much—but to my surprise, Robby happened to be there and immediately took my truck back to buff it out! I scraped the right front side of my vehicle on white stone at the entrance of my garage door. I received a fair estimate for a paint job and made an appointment. Upon arrival, James said that he can probably buff out all of the white in under an hour. My car looks amazing, he did such a good job and was so friendly. I’ve had my car for several months back from this location, and the bumper has never been right. I’m now watching it pull further and further away from the car and the sensors and the bumper are completely out of alignment. I’m torn between even asking them to do anything and just letting it go because even though my car looks horrible, I know they’re going to take forever trying to do anything and it’s not like they’re going to give me a rental car while they’re working on mine. I hate the caliber collision has become so large that they’re basically the only option that insurance companies want to work with anymore. Last time they basically blamed it on Toyota and said that they don’t create proper bumper clips.

They “fixed” our rear bumper, but that really means we had to come back 3 more times to get it fully done! The first time we left, the back was barely attached and we were missing inside plastic pieces. Then a few days later we started hearing noises from the back, and learned they didn’t screw in any bolts into our back trunk! And now after it got fixed, our back trunk fills up with a ton of water when it rains, and dumps over us and everything else in the trunk when we open it. And lastly, they sanded down the paint and repainted it and it’s very noticeable. Very poor experience.

Great friendly service at caliber. My daughter had a car crash into her, caliber looked at the vehicle to see what was the best repair option & gave us a quote right away. They dealt with the insurance and rental companies making it simple to drop off and pick up. When we returned the rental vehicle my daughter left her parking pass 😬the staff was able to go outside and hold it for her saving the day. We will be back for any future work. 👍👍👍

They didn’t do a double check I guess to make sure everything was connected back. We asked for to redo the alignment we had just done weeks prior they didn’t. Headlights were flicking we asked that to be addressed along with it turned off on the way home from wreck scene nowhere on the invoice does it show those were done. USSA has them as a certified shop but I’ve never had this issue anywhere before. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I make my living off my rhd mail jeep so this will cost more time off from work. So who pays me for that time?
