If you want fast and quality service, you need to go to Meineke on Southwest Pkwy. The staff keeps good communication with you about your vehicles problems and is not judgmental. I know basic mechanics and the technicians not once made me feel inferior, nor did I ever feel like I was being gouged on prices. B/CS has a lot of auto shops, and there’s a reason I’ve only taken my cars here for 7 years

Update 06/07/25: Had to take our Durango in for a engine misfire as well as some other minor issues. They were quickly able to diagnose the problem as the #2 Fuel Injector and recommended replacement as well as finding the valve cover gasket and the oil cooler leaking. They did the oil cooler, valve cover gaskets, plenum gaskets, coils on the driver side, #2 Fuel Injector, and oil change. Tyler also found the radiator was leaking and to my surprise, replaced the radiator also. These guys are trusted, professional, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about Tyler. He really has a passion for being a mechanic and it shows. I won't take my vehicles to anyone else. Original Review: This place was recommended by a friend. I showed up five minutes before 5pm and found they were about to close however Tyler & John came outside to look at my vehicle anyway. I needed them to check for codes that would affect the Electro-hydraulic Power Steering with a Diagnostic scanner. I'd just replaced the EHPS to spec however it still didnt work. They found the EHPS was not communicating. Tyler checked all of the fuses & found none were blown. He advised it would need further diagnostic to find the problem however he was confident he knew the problem. As they were about to leave, I elected to leave my vehicle which they parked inside for security. The next day I arrived to check the status & found it'd been fixed with the "Service Power Steering" message cleared. Tyler advised it was in fact a problem with the "block fuse" found directly below the positive jump start post. He was able to move the power wire for the EHPS to another, unused, post of the same amperage. Great success! EHPS is functioning properly! Charged me a diagnostic fee since there were no parts required for the repair. Definitely pleased with the price, their knowledge & willingess to help. I definitely recommend this place.

I received an email that the synthetic blend oil change would be $29.95. Also, another email said all oil changes include tire rotation. I have always had the tires rotated when having the oil changed here. I was charged more and the tires were not rotated. Why send me emails when they are not honored. I will never be going back to Meineke ever again.

I went for an oil change with my LYFT points and made a reservation before going there. Despite asking multiple times on the phone, they assured me there would be no charge and that they could refund or replace my points. But when I got there, they charged me and were completely unhelpful. I think you should be careful and not worry about it later.

My one bit of advice for the nice man who checked me in, would be to say my name and then repeat what we were going to do and how much it would cost, because I'm old and had forgotten what we did the last time. It's reassuring to check that we've agreed on what's going to be done. Your staff are great! He gave me the coupon discount which I had forgotten. Thanks!

Pretty disappointed with the experience. One of my employees was in a bind and need the OBD sensor read to see what the potential issue was. Employee at Meineke “couldn’t read the OBD sensor” and immediately recommended changing the OBD lines/ports for god knows how many $$$ and several hours wait time. I told my employee to tell them thanks but no thanks. I get to lay eyes on it the next day and turns out the Meineke employee needed to take 10 seconds to pull off the cover and just hold the back of the OBD port so he could plug into it. Pretty frustrating that they immediately attempted to try and run up I’m sure a several hundred dollar invoice when that wasn’t needed.
