Wouldn't install a battery in a lexus car because they "aren't allowed to touch them". The lexus GS is basically a Toyota camry and they wouldn't install it. I called autozone, they said it wouldn't be a problem for them. If this is an O'Reillys policy, it's a bad one. If it isn't store policy, then the worker was just being lazy and didn't want to install it (I'm hoping its the former). Either way, I Probably won't be looking to O'Reillys for anything in the future. Update autozone installed the battery. It took them 5 minutes. They wouldnt take a tip from me.

This is a very helpful and efficient auto parts shop. They honor their warranties and it is a good idea to Get one of their frequent customer cards I think it may also extend your warranty. Although I'm not sure about that period. I always have trouble putting headlights in my automobiles due to the size of my hands not once have they failed to come out and do it for me. They are very good at making recommendations that do the job but may not be the most expensive. They have also use their computer to diagnose problems and 2 or 3 of my automobiles without charging me for this service. That could be hundreds of dollars if you went he your car dealer.

I walked in and received a friendly greeting. They were able to test my battery immediately with out waiting one second. They furnished the necessary tools and verbal instructions to install the battery myself for my particular application. All the employees are kind to me as well as any other customer that I have seen there and they have many years of experience. They demonstrate their knowledge constantly to customers everyday through their excellent recommendations and solutions with a high level of professionalism. They always have the critical parts that I need at a good price on the spot so my down time is always low for any maintenance work that I need. They definitely help keep my truck running strong. Not sure on what happen to O'Reilly parts. But they sure do not last so if parts has shelf Warranty better use it,, first year. If part says Lifetime warranty use it ,, better get Mechanic warranty first year. Sad true customer thanks O'Reilly,s.

I came here on a Monday evening (05/13 @ ~5:00 pm) with my "dead" battery. I left with what I needed to start my car. My car would not start in a nearby parking garage. My friend and I tried jump starting my car to no avail. I brought in my battery and had already resigned myself to having to buy a new battery. The kind gentleman at the front tested my battery for us. He let me know that the battery was still in working condition. He cleaned off the terminals for us and left them like new. He also helped us find terminal connector replacements and the tools I needed to replace them. He was kind, honest, and patient with me! 10/10 I would come back if I needed auto parts.

My car was acting like it didn't want to start. I went to O'Reilly for a free battery check. Connie checked my battery, starter, and alternator. My starter failed. Connie found my part at another store in town. She had it transferred to her store, and I picked it up an hour later. I am so thankful they identified my problem and had my part I needed. Great service here. Sebastian took the time to understand what I needed, and when his O’Reilly branch didn’t have all the parts, he found one that did. A few days later I went back to the store for something completely different (windshield wiper), and Sebastian found what I needed and had someone put it on for me. I went in seeking help after being misguided at a different location, and Giovanni was nothing but patient, kind and helpful!!! Truly!! I had a minor scratch on my car that I was looking to cover up, and Giovanni helped me find the correct tools, and even took the time to repair the scratch himself. Wasn’t that impressed with the service at Oreilly. Check engine light came on in my vehicle and my employee was in a bind and takes it there and the Oreilly employee says they can’t read the OBD and that maybe there’s a fuse out, but then can’t say what fuse or even offered any additional help/service. Once I can see it the next day turns out the Oreilly employee needed to take 3 seconds to remove the cover to hold the back of the OBD port in the vehicle so he could actually get plugged in. But I guess that was too much. They might be fine if you know exactly what part you’re needing.

I will never in my life allow me or any of my family to spend another dime in an O’Reilly after this experience. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at locations throughout the nation and the way, my daughter was treated as a customer was ridiculous. She went into this location after her battery had died and she got a jumpstart and I told her to go to O’Reilly so they could test the battery and make sure it was good even though it was two years old just to be safe. She got there and the guy at the front desk acted like it was the end of the world he had to get off his butt and go outside with a tester. He didn’t even hook up the tester for more than 10 seconds and said the battery was bad. She called me. I personally didn’t believe the battery was a bad battery since it was brand new from the factory less than two years ago on a new car, but we were stuck at that point and I didn’t want her to have anything unreliable. So I asked her to ask them if we purchased a battery there if they would install it. He said a “professional“ had to do it and walked away. Mind you this is a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder, and not a difficult install literally under the hood nothing difficult whatsoever. I then sent her to AutoZone across town. They tested the battery and said it tested good unlike O’Reilly, which completely lied to me, but just to be safe I told her to go ahead and get it changed because I wanted it to be reliable. The guy there was more than happy to swap it for my daughter and install the new one in less than 10 minutes. AutoZone, customer for life now I will never step foot in another O’Reilly because of this horrible experience I can’t believe the way she was treated and the way I was treated….not another dime O’Reilly.

I stopped in with my used oil drain pan, it was covered in oil from the previous drop and being housed in a garbage bag. . Adrian took the time to clean up the entire drain pan. The other guy held the door open for me, unfortunately I was so much in shock I didn't catch his name!🤯 Amazing customer service! 😍
