Receiving a call from my 18 year daughter being stranded at a busy intersection 2.5 hours away from me was scary. She didn’t know what to do and I didn’t know what to do. I got on Google to find a Jiffy Lube and called them up. The young man I talked to on the phone said she was closer to another Jiffy Lube in town who could get to her quicker and he’d contact them to get a mechanic there to help her out. They didn’t waste time and got to her in record time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Anyone needing a Jiffy Lube in the College Station/Bryan area, call up these guys. Either one. The one in College Station coordinated with the closer store to get a mechanic out there. They didn’t even have to do that since they weren’t doing the job. The Bryan store did the work. The College Station store was just that nice and helpful! Wish I could remember the young man’s name I spoke with and got the ball rolling in College Station. Thanks again! ❤️

June 12. Did Tire balance and Alignment. And then i found steering wheel to right when i drive 45. So i went here again at June 13 morning. But problems remained, however. There was nothing wrong with the steering wheel before I got here. I got a problem for $99.99🤣🤣🤣 What can I say? They don't even check to see if their work is working. If the problems I'm talking about existed before I came here, I wouldn't be so angry. What do I get for $99.99????Who can answer me?????

I needed help a few months ago and Auto Zone suggested I go there. My brake lights would not turn off. It took 2 minutes for a manager to fix it! I was in shock! But then he said Ma’am you don’t owe me anything! Wow! I’m so thankful to have found these guys!

I went here for an oil change and was quoted one price online, but when I arrived, they told me it would be almost double. Not long after the service, both my check engine and oil change lights came on. I had it inspected elsewhere and was told I was definitely shorted on oil. Very disappointing experience, I won’t be coming back. I recommend sticking with local businesses you can actually trust.

Will no longer be bringing our company vehicles here. I have told them multiple times to only change the oil and oil filter, and they never listen. I just left, after telling the man at the counter I only wanted an oil and oil filter change. He said he understood and I made sure to emphasize to leave the air filters alone (and said filters as in plural). I then received a bill for the cabin air filter, and a tire rotation as well. I get my tires rotated at Discount Tire for free normally, which is why I specifically asked for only an oil and oil filter change. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this, but it will be my last time coming here. I thought the first few times I just needed to make myself clearer when dropping off the vehicle, but I see now that they’re out to get that final bill as high as they can.

I typically go to the jiffy lube for oil changes in Bryan because I go on my lunch break. Hadn’t had time on my lunch break at work lately and decided to go to the one in college station where I live. First was told, we don’t have 8 quarts of your oil, if you want to do an oil change it will have to be synthetic. I was there, had time to do it ok fine. I’ll do that. Now, I’m 100% I was lied to. AFTER THE OIL CHANGE. He literally said I needed a new serp belt, brake fluid flush, and spark plugs. All 3 of these were done at the Bryan location in January and I have the receipt if someone wants to see it. I have put 10k miles since then. I really don’t appreciate the lying and false representations. His excuse when I called him out and showed him the receipts was, oh I can’t see what they did in Bryan…. No you should be able to, or at least see what is accurate not lying and trying to steal money from people. Then tries to say oh I put lubricant on the belt remove the fraying, and I couldn’t really see it in the bay versus outside. Horrible interaction and will not ever do business with this company again.

Do not recommend! Extremely concerning experience! I came here to have a starter installed after my car wouldn’t turn on. I provided a brand-new starter purchased from AutoZone specifically for installation. After the service, I noticed that the starter in my vehicle appeared used/older, and my original faulty starter was placed into the AutoZone packaging instead. When I questioned this, the explanation I was given did not match what I observed. I was then told I needed to purchase their own starter instead. At that point, I felt misled and uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. I left feeling that my trust had been taken advantage of, and the experience cost me both time and money. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious and strongly consider going elsewhere for repairs. Definitely Slimy people. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion.

Criminal. They totally took advantage of our daughter who is a teenaged student. Went for an oil change and tire rotation, and after trying to upsell her on multiple things that weren't needed, they didn't bother to ask what type of oil that she wanted, so they chose to use the highest priced synthetic that they had - assuming that's what they actually put in the car...... $170 for an oil change - synthetic or not - is ludicrous. Oh wait - this included the $30 charge to rotate the tires. We will never again visit this place. They're obviously not the least bit concerned about customer retention. They certainly lost this family of 5 drivers' business forever. There are plenty of options for a simple service who treat customers with value. Jiffy Lube is not one of them.

Ive had bad experiences with discount tire across the street so decided to try jiffy lube. I Honestly liked Ernesto and the initial experience and price for alignment and swapping tires for $200. Specifically I had bought some wheels and tires from market place. But had just put on brand new Michelins from discount tire on my stock wheels. I wanted the tires swapped. Meaning Michelins on new rims and old tires on stock rims. Discount tire was going to charge me 7.99 per wheel and tire, Would’ve been 64 ish dollars. I need an alignment so I went to jiffy and they said alignment and tires $200. I went with it. They call me during the service to say the bushings on sway links and upper control arms were bad and that it was recommended to replace entire control arm and sway bar. Which he quoted me 360 for control arm and $120 labor and not sure on the rest of it. Bushings are 10-20 dollars ish and simple to replace and designed to be replaced. They said they couldn’t do the alignment until that was fixed and they didn’t replace bushings. I told them I’d pick up and put some fresh bushings on them and bring back to get alignment. I pick up they charge me $100 and i get home and the stock wheels and tires not mounted thrown in the back. I was very disappointed to say the least. I believe you should do what you say you’re going to do. A little honor and selfless service would’ve went a long way. Could’ve had all my tire, alignments and occasional things I didn’t want to do myself services for the future.

I don't often find quality service like this anymore and I'm very thankful when I see it. Every single employee I've dealt with their every time has been great.
