I paid 40.99 for a 12th man special . When my car was finished , my almost 2 year old was sick and very fussy , I needed to get home with her. I immediately called when left the parking lot to report that my vehicle was not vacuumed properly there was still dirt and chips on the floor between the seats and floor in the front and back seats , also the back hatch trunk was also not vaccumed completely. The steering wheel was also still dirty. I offered to take pictures and send them, to prove their incomplete service, and I was told that I could not speak to the manager and that there was nothing that could be done to right their wrong. I do not recommend using their services!

I came here for an oil change on 1/20/2025 my cover under my car was held together with zip ties. It was held together just fine and I’m sure the guy who changed my oil saw that. The gentleman who took my payment told me they was almost finished his guy was putting my cover back on. In the process of doing that a manger came over and told the guy who was doing it put a move on we have 6 cars in line. I felt like when he told the guy that he started rushing on my vehicle. I checked under my car and saw it wasn’t like it was before I came. I of course complained and two other guys got under my car and put more zip ties. Well today my cover is loose and dragging. I used to love coming here even came in my company truck when they needed an oil change. But this will definitely be my last time.

⚠️ WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM WOLF CREEK OIL CHANGE & CAR WASH IN COLLEGE STATION ⚠️ Repeated oil leaks, near-engine fire, $400+ in damages, and life-threatening negligence I used Walmart oil changes for 5+ years — never a single leak. I gave Wolf Creek four tries purely for convenience. • Visits 1 & 2: fine (may be to gain trust did fine) • Visits 3 & 4: absolute nightmares After visit #3: massive oil leak, burning smell, smoke pouring from the hood on the highway. My car was minutes from catching fire. Independent mechanic found damaged lines and oil sprayed everywhere underneath. Emergency repairs cost me almost $400 and two days without my car. Visit #4: same burning oil smell within hours. Another shop confirmed fresh oil puddle in the hard-to-reach places. This is not “spillage.” This is either criminal incompetence or deliberate sabotage designed to force repeat business to get engine Bay Area cleaned by them for future business when spilled oil damage car engine bay or they are pure incompetent no skill ethics people just ruining people cars. Oil on hot exhaust = engine fires. Real people die from this. I almost could and had anxiety attacks when the burning smoke started coming out while on highway. If you’ve had oil leaks, burning smells, undercarriage oil spray, or weird engine-bay buildup after Wolf Creek, please make sure to never go to them and take actions against such scammers. It needs to be exposed before someone gets hurt or killed. Take your car literally anywhere else — Walmart, Take 5, a trusted indie shop and get washed with automated car wash but not to these people in any circumstances. And to the owners and technicians who did this, knowingly or through reckless stupidity: What you put out into the world comes back a hundred times worse. You endangered my life and the lives of others for a quick buck or because you’re too lazy to do the job right. The universe keeps perfect records. One day — when you least expect it — you will feel every second of fear, every dollar lost, every moment of helplessness you caused innocent people. You will beg for mercy you never showed anyone else. And no one will come. Karma is patient. She never forgets an address. Zero stars. Do not risk your life here.

We paid for a car wash-$30 something dollars. When I got my car backed I was so disappointed. It was like all they did was vacuum the carpet and NOTHING else. I called and requested to talk to the manager. I gave them my number but they never returned my call. I would have done a better job myself for half the price. Save your money
