Haul Dent Pro gave a number they wouldn't write on paper. They also expected me to leave my car an extra week while my insurance got around to coming to them. This benefits THEM only. Daniel Sandusky with Precision 360 hail 11400 sh 30 suite 203 college station Tx 77845 put his offer in writing and offered to handle something while working on that area no one else did. He is a family man Work not done yet, but this man has been very honest in dealing with me.

I worked with Stephen and everything went smoothly. When I dropped it off, he helped me call my insurance to make a claim, then they showed me the garage and process of how they do their work, and even paid for my uber to work before I was able to get a nice rental a few days later. I paid nothing out of pocket and they even got it detailed before sending it back to me.

Maybe great at repairing car, but horrible at communication. I dropped my car at April 7th, and the staff (I asked him to send me the contract, but he didn't) I worked with told me that my car will be back within 2 weeks. But actually, it took almost 6 weeks to fix my car (got my car on May 16th). I understand that there are lots of things to be repaired, but my point is nobody updated my car status until it fixed. Also, the staff I worked with quit his job during 2nd week, so EVERY WEEK, I have to call their company about what's going on with my car. And, every time when I called them, they kept answering me like 'it'll take another week', however, it eventually took 4 additional weeks. I disappointed that they keep lying about my car pick up date. I also recommend this company to 4 of my friends, but I'll never do that again. Anyway, If you have plenty of time, you can drop your car here, but don't expect your car get back early. Personally, I don't recommend here.

The estimator I worked with was friendly, fast, and gave great customer service. The work was done well and also quickly. They even fixed some things they didn't need to. I only have 2 complaints: Complaint 1) Communication with the office and garage was very difficult. The two times I was in the front office, nobody was there. When someone answered the phone, they didn't know anything, would put me on hold forever, or transfer me to someone's voicemail. It would have been nice to get some updates throughout the process, like "We started working on your vehicle today.... 50% done. We anticipate 2 more days...." etc. When I called the corporate office, their computer system didn't have the latest updates on my vehicle, so they never knew what was going on. The only person I could count on to tell me anything useful was the estimator, Luke. Complaint 2) They took the vehicle to a carwash, which is great, but the carwash left a pile of scent cards under the driver's seat. I'm sure they thought they were doing us a favor, but those things are toxic, and it will probably take weeks to get the smell out of my car.

I just picked up my second vehicle from them, after the hail storm we got a couple months ago. Both vehicles turned out phenomenal! They look like they were brand new! They handled everything with the insurance, as well as waived my deductible. While the repairs were being made, they provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge. Once repairs were done, they washed the exterior, including tire shine, and detailed the interior. I definitely got more than I expected! Highly recommended!

Hail Dent Pro is awesome! Our car looked brand new when we picked it up. About a week later, we noticed something wrong with the paint on the front of the car. We took it back and they immediately said that they’d fix it. They provided us with a loaner car until ours was repainted. I highly recommend them for hail and collision damage.

Hail dent pro is not a good place to take your car for hail repair or any repairs in general. They are not trustworthy or reliable in many ways. They tell their customers is will be a 2 week turn around for their car repairs and end up having your vehicle for 2 months, and their work is mediocre. They are terrible at contacting you and trying to get your car put on their “ schedule”. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Hail dent pro to anyone.

I would say I’m most entitled to give them a good review. I was one of the first group of people that brought the car to them. The staff there are very friendly and warmhearted. Took quite some time, and encountered some hiccups along the way of repair, I was very upset at the time, but Jesse and Luc are very thoughtful and kind, they helped me to have everything sorted out. They are definitely my go-to guys. This is definitely a time consuming and skilled job. And the life-time warranty is another plus. The only suggestion I would say is more careful next time. Overall, I do recommend this place.
