I do NOT recommend using this shop, I went in to get my front brakes done (a little over $600). When I got my car back my front passenger caliber was broken (which they said was not their fault) so then I spent another $400 fixing that. Well fast forward a couple of months and I get a flat tire on the side of the road. They crossed threaded one of my front passenger lug nuts. Which then caused the stud to break off in my lug nut. I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive instead this time. Which was then another $100. Thanks Brake Check!

Meet John at the receiving end gave him the keys he took my BMW X5 to the bay for alignment then Santi a go did the alignment very nice and humble guy did a great job he knows what he’s doing.They charge $99+tax with three years warranty with unlimited alignment which is I guess not bad if you go with market price.

Brought my car in for an oil change and to add wiper fluid. After bringing it home I noticed that my wiper fluid (which worked the day I brought it in) wouldn’t spray and when I went to check the cap was missing and now my wiper spray just doesn’t work. This was a week ago and it still doesn’t work. Went in to ask about it and they told me it would be possible for them to break that. They also told me the cap was thrown in the trash but I can easily go buy a new one. Yall suck 👎

I came in and after being acknowledged I told them all I needed was to have my brakes and alignment checked because I've been noticing some issues. The guy at the counter immediately told me that I had to have an appointment and I would need to come back tomorrow, which I might have agreed with if they were busy, however they were almost entirely empty with only 2 customers. As a business that allows walk ins this is simply unacceptable when all I needed was a quick check to see what is wrong with my car's brakes and/or alignment.

I’ve always used Brake Check for oil changes and always had great experiences, but after getting one at this location they spilt oil all in my starter and I had to get it replaced. I brought this issue back to them and was just told that it wasn’t their fault. They made no effort to help with my issue or take any accountability on their part.

I had a great experience at Brake Check. Brake pads replaced at a fair price and done quickly. I was in the waiting room for a couple of hours and had a chance to observe them with other customers. I witnessed great customer service with integrity. Most places seem to try to squeeze as much money out of their customers as they can. This staff seems focused on making sure they are meeting the needs of the customer and not just trying to over sell. This was my first trip here, but it certainly won't be my last.

Yesterday was a hard day, I lost my brake pad while driving and I called Brake Check and spoke with John. He was very helpful and was able to take my car even though they would have to keep it overnight to have the work done today. John was very honest about the price and what services I would need for my car. Within hours of opening I received a phone call that my car was ready, they also quoted me all the services I would need in the future. I will definitely be taking my car back to them.
