Had two cars done here both with ceramic tint. Both cars had issues with the tint less than 2 weeks after. Went to the shop after I had been communicating with them on Facebook. I show up and am told that they only do warranty work certain days of the week. I expressed that it was my day off work and today is the only day to get this handled. Long story short the owner was here and he didn't even bother to speak with me. I tried to schedule a time that fit my needs but was refused. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to have my tint fixed. I initially had a good experience here I the beginning but I guess after they get your money you don't get the same treatment.

Racing stripes were fine...Broke my lift gate tail light, called me a liar and said it was broke already. They wanted to go into detail with everything wrong with my car. I didn't ask for all that..My focus was who broke my lights. Got a call when the vehicle was ready for pickup. Picked up in evening. Business was closed. Didn't see damage until morning. We had a balance still owed. We were paying online that morning. Did a walk around car, since it was daylight and we could actually see. Called and told them we had damage. They denied. Said bring vehicle here so we can look at it. They locked the vehicle in shop when my husband pulled it in to "supposedly" get looked at for damage. Demanded remaining payment, with car as is. My husband left car there. Returned next day with cashiers check, because they would not take any other form of payment at that time. Got their payment to them, because I need my car, damaged or not. They had towed the car the night before, when they kidnapped my damaged car. So final thoughts, shady, dishonest, terrible way to treat customers. Felt like i was dealing with the Sopranos 👎

After just 10 minutes in the car, I could already feel how well it blocks the Texas heat. Game-changer. Both teams did an amazing job.
