My check engine light came on in a town 40 miles from home. I googled directions to the nearest O'Reilly's and drove there as soon as I could. The technician was friendly and came right out and checked my car. Thankfully, it was not serious, and he correctly predicted it was a sensor fault. (Got it fixed the next day.) I asked how much, and he said, "Aw, no charge, ma'am!" Friendly, courteous, and quick!

Store #6686 on Harvey Rd in College Station, Texas has an employee named Kurtis. My car completely quit with no notice in the parking lot by O'Reilly. I went into the store and asked if they could determine why my car had zero power and would not start. Kurtis gladly said "Sure" and got his diagnosing instrument, went to my car, hooked it up, and determined that there was zero power. After further deducing, he determined that it was a failed battery. He found a comparable battery in the store and installed it for me! Talk about customer service!! He needs recognition for going the extra mile. Kurtis gave Above and Beyond efforts to help me in a time of need and he reflected exceptional service for O'Reilly.

Came in for an alternator warranty exchange, only to realize I had mixed up the accounts I had used on accident. I worked on my car out in the parking lot for a few hours, only to find out the part that I had gotten for the exchange had a bent up pin- so it obviously wouldn’t work. Long story short, if it wasn’t for the help of James & Ivan getting my exchange(s!) taken care of, I’d probably still be in the parking lot working on my car well past 9pm. Y’all have no idea how appreciative I am, and I’ll continue to come to this store.

The manager Storm was proactive when it came to helping me search for keys for my tire lug nuts. He not only searched in the store but when he saw that they were out of stock for the specific keys I needed he called different locations that could have them. And found one that did and printed out what type of key I would need to inquire the other store. Great professional service that comes rare nowadays.

This is the 5th time i have paid for a part and received a completely different part. Then I received a "smart" reply from the manager Geoffrey because he overheard me tell another employee I've been waiting 1 hour for the correct part. Overall customer service is not up to par compared to other autoparts carriers here in town. I send 30-50 people to this store almost daily when my company does not carry a specific part they are looking for but that will change.

1st). TURN YOUR MUSIC DOWN. Very unprofessional to have it so loud the cashier can't hear me or make out what I was saying. And for customers to demand to have music down so we can hear each other 3 feet away is ridiculous. Your hard rock music is not congenital to hearing specific details needed to special order parts I don't want to come back for because associates can't hear what I am asking for. -0 stars ⭐ 2). Very nice assistance Aless at the counter. Helpful special ordering what I needed (20 tire studs) to get my tires changed out. Music made our transaction take longer than it should. But you were trying your best. I really appreciate your best despite the confusion and circumstances out of your control. I give you six stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 stars available!! You were awesome!

My parents were stranded in college station Sunday 9/23 from their radiator exploding mid trip, so me and my sibling drove there to save them. Did a quick radiator swap that we bought at another store but we noticed some fittings for the oil cooler didn’t come with our radiator, so we drove to this oreilly hoping they could help with 10 minutes before closing. They were very patient and understanding and were able find us the correct fitting and made sure they threaded on. They really saved our day and we were able to get everything fixed and able to make back home. Thank you so much for your help!! The greatest oreilly experience ever. Especially thank you the employee that helped us that night wish I could give you shout out but over thank you for saving the day and having the parts we needed :)
