Once they got my car in the garage, the service was speedy and they were very thorough. But it took 3 hours to get to that point. For this service, I haven't had to wait that long with them before. They did have a lot of cars lined up when I got there.

Izzy is always great. And although it’s not his fault at all, just wish the repairs guys would’ve found out about my problem 3 months prior to it getting fixed two days ago. I travel from Houston so just wish the fixing of the problem was a little more accurate. Other than that. Y’all’s service is always on point!

Such a wonderful place with caring and efficient personnel. I needed my customary maintenance checkup and they were so thorough they found where mice had been in the motor cavity and gave me advice to prevent the infestation. Also they were kind enough to give me the best deal on replacing the plastic covering of my rear light which had been cracked at a garage sale. All the same day ! They gave me 200 percent. Glad I bought my Rogue from them !

An hour and a half for an oil change when I have one of the first appointments in the morning- completely trying to upscale services I don't need - ridiculous when you can get an oil change anywhere in town in 30 min

First off I want to say I love my Nissan and the service people are friendly. Not exactly helpful though, got an oil change and rotation today. I walked into the service door immediately greeted asked what I needed done took my keys. I didn’t read any signs because I was immediately helped. Well apparently coupons have to be said at the beginning because they can’t change the paperwork. I dont understand why it wouldn’t be a simple fix. I’m disappointed I had to pay $130 for an oil change when the coupon was for half that price. I just feel every time I go here I leave disappointed. I may have to find another Nissan dealership.

Had an appointment at 11:30. 30 minutes later and my car was finally pulled back after I went to ask about it. Ridiculous wait time for an oil change. This used to be a pretty fast option when I first purchased my car but service has really gone downhill. The advisors are friendly and professional but the appointment scheduling needs some work.

As long as Barry is the manager, I won't be purchasing a vehicle here. I'll go to Houston, Austin, Waco.... I spoke with Barry when he reached out to me about wanting to buy my car, after I made a service appointment. Said he'd meet with me personally and we'd see about possibly putting me in a new vehicle. I arrive and he immediately places me with a car salesman. I spent 3 hours with Mat. He was absolutely amazing and a great person to work with. We were inches away from making a deal after him and Todd (GM) worked their butts off for me to get me to where I was happy with trading my car in and driving one off their lot. I don't know how Barry became a manager, but it wasn't working his way up from the sales floor. He came over to Mat's desk and within 90 seconds had interrupted me twice, after asking me questions. He's pushy and rude. It completely ruined my experience, when everyone else was and has been so amazing to me. What do they say, one bad apple?
