The people here are always friendly and quick with a smile. They are great at double checking concerns and diagnosing. When I needed new tires, they had several deals they told me about, and even a discontinued set of tires. They provide options, and I appreciate that I went in last week for ANOTHER tire repair. (2 flats in about 4 weeks.) I was grateful for their fast and thorough service. And for treating me like I matter. I was back on the road and was able to finish the rest of my errands with no concerns or worries. It's just who they are. And I'm grateful for that.

I went to another store to have an alignment done and wound up having to take it to NTB when I spoke to them they had no problem whatsoever with me bringing the car in. They fit me in right away and we’re probably the most professionals I’ve ever dealt with in any organization. Their district manager was there and made sure that I was taken care of but more importantly, the manager and the staff there made me feel like I was the only customer I am forever grateful for this team and I mean it when I say team, they all worked greatly together to make sure that my truck was fixed.
