We've bought our tires from Discount Tire for years now and have used various brands. Our favorites are Michelin and Pirelli. You get what you pay for and I know these tires are always in the higher range on price, but they more than make up for it in life and reliability. And sure, you can go buy tires anywhere, but with Discount Tire, you are rest assured that experts will install it, and if you make a reservation online like we did, you can be out of there in 30 minutes! We also took advantage of a Labor Day deal for $110 off a set of 4 tires. Sometimes they have even better deals but it's always worth it to be on the look out for something. The guys running the front desks are always nice and informative. I really have nothing bad to say about this location. The one in Bryan is also just as good!

Antonio would not take the tire off and look when it had been consistently leaking and instead told us that the sensor was our problem and there was no need to take the tire off and would only air it up. Went to the discount on Texas Ave and they took it off no problem and no shocker, there was a nail in the tire. He was very unprofessional and demeaning to college kids even though we knew the obvious problem.

I had them do all 4 tires for my daughter and my truck needed 2 new ones and a replacement and they were kind and also made sure I got my AAA discount. Caleb Simmons, Jesus, and Zack were very kind and helpful. They also got me in and out within an hour. The best place for tires bar none!!! They also upgraded my daughter's tires at no extra charge because they didnt have the ones I wanted.

No need to make an appointment. They will get you in when they get you in. My appointment was for 9:45 am. My car did not enter the bay until 10:15 am. Once in the bay they took off the wrong tire in question. Guess they can't read either. Most of these kids are just standing around. Wilson is the only one that seems to be working. I should have stuck with my ususal location on Texas Avenue where Brady (manager) is. Great service there.

I have been buying tires here for nearly 10 years. I thought they sold tires at the best price and had good service to repair them or replace then under warranty. I will still say their staff are typically friendly and sometimes helpful. But over the years I have been worn down. I have ordered tires online multiple times only to find what they sold me online was not in stock so I had to choose something else. I have never come here and it not taken at least an hour. They are usually so busy that appointments don't mean anything. All locations in town are equally busy. If you thought you could buy a tire with an 80,000 mile warranty and get it replaced if it wore out in 20,000 miles you would be wrong. They won't warranty a tire that wore too much with the implication that is your fault. They have loopholes to avoid helping you. It is not reasonable to expect me to come in every month to wait at this insanely busy place just for them to do a check-up. Honestly this is a corporate business. If you do business here you will not get real service. You will get corporate-trained faux service while they try to make as much profit as they can. They are so scared of liability they have an insane amount of rules and self-imposed best practices which do not resonate with real life. You'll notice the corporate-trained jargon in any conversation with staff as they try to up sell you more expensive tires and their "certificates." I would rather pay for a repair than be conned into buying new tires cause I picked up a screw.

Super nice, friendly and very kind to those of us in difficult situations due to the icy weather. Fast service. Very knowledgeable and professional. Great advice driving in ice and sleet as we have had today. They had all types of tips driving. I don't get out much anymore, and never get into accidents. But hit a patch of black ice, fishtail before taking a 360 degree spin on the freeway, then sliding sideways over the bridge after hitting another vehicle. A miracle my vehicle didn't flip and give thanks to the Lord no one hurt. My doctor said my BP high, arriving at his office. Then thankfully 1 mile away is my friendly Discount Tire. Thanks 😊 for making my challenging drive much smoother. Feel safer you putting on my spare, as driving back home will be in the dark on more icy roads. As far as waiting time I was told was not a huge wait. Overall, answering the phone how’s ran, and the overall business experience of coming in here, I can vouch and say the service is top-notch! Does not get better than this in the tire servicing industry. every team member in a red discount tire shirt is willing to help out they show that with their actions like opening the door for their clients saying yes, sir no ma’am. The whole process was fairly quick even though it was a very busy Saturday morning for them. Had to buy two new tires and made a good deal. The work itself took 12 minutes to complete.
