Had to return some wipers that just would not fit into my VW (typical). The man who helped me processed my return and suggested a different set of wipers. He then assisted installation to make sure they went on correctly. Those VW are sticklers for being difficult when it's not needed🤷🏻♀️💯 Thanks for the assist!! 💯

Daniel has to be the most ill qualified person I have ever came in contact with at a Part House store! You know what you did Daniel! I'm the spark plug patron that came in that you laughed at when you realized you made a mistake and I drove 45 min to your store . I called and you said you had it remember? I'm not upset the fact you made a mistake but you laughed and coukd card less.. what you say... it literally 1.5 miles down the road to another store that you said had it but did not! Any corporate manager you should be aware this employee don't care about your business or patrons..I will go to napa from now on!

I went in to get a couple of air filters for my car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a few questions about some parts for my daughter's car. They looked up the parts and cost and even discussed options for the repair. I would highly recommend them for parts and advice on parts and repairs.

I was very disappointed with their car batteries. my Super Start Battery was purchased 3 years ago and has failed twice and I was charged a "pro rated amount:" each time to replace. So essentially I pad for this battery twice Full Price the first time and then about 1/2 each of the times I replaced it . Now since I kept paying you would think the warranty would renew when they replaced the battery. Nope !!!! No way ! Even though I had PAID to replace it on two different occasions The warranty on a 6 month old battery was no good. You would think that if you sold/gave someone a new Premium battery and it failed especially after your tech stated "I have had to replace 4 of these since yesterday afternoon!" You would replace it out of shame your were selling such a shoddy product. If it was full replacement at no charge I might accept the warranty expiration but since I was forced to "pro-rate" the warranty should reset. I chose to take my business to Napa Auto Parts. All my other vehicles use Napa batteries and I am never hassled about warranty.

I would like to recognize an employee who went above and beyond for us. Driving to Ft Worth today for weekend trip, my pickup started to suddenly shake uncontrollably about 7 miles outside of College Station. I knew this Oreillys location having been there before. We met with James (didn’t get last name) and explained the problem. Without hesitation, he immediately got the engine light computer and ran a scan. Turned out it was a faulty coil pack. He got the part. It’s a simple remove and replace, yet that was not the case. Seeing that we were stranded I attempted to remove the one bolt but the inside was stripped and would not come out. James did his best as well but to no avail. Instead of leaving us stranded in the parking lot he gave me a recommendation of a shop down the street. I thanked him and limped down the road. His recommendation led us to a great mechanic that got us back on the road. These days you don’t often see one going the extra mile but James sure did. Had it not been for his professionalism and calming demeanor we may have been stranded for the weekend and missed our weekend vacation. James is truly an asset to your organization and deserves a pat on the back. James thanks again for the help. Eric

I took my wife's car to this location to get the less than a year old battery (super start, their house brand) tested after it had to get jumped off twice earlier in the day. They told me the battery was fine and that it was probably the charging system. So I took it to the dealership, because it was under warranty, to get that tested. They diagnosed it and said the charging system was fine and that the battery was bad. Then I called O'reilly's and told them I would like to be reimbursed for the diagnostic charge that I paid for only to find out it was the battery. They wouldn't do it. I asked if I bring it back it will you replace the battery then. If we test it and its bad then yes. It was bad the second time they tested it but because I did not buy the battery (it was already in the car when I bought it) they won't replace it. I called corporate and they said the same thing. It shouldn't matter who bought the battery. Its your house brand that is less than a year old. Stand behind your brand. Back your product. I will never use O'reilly's again. Y'all just lost a life long customer. NAPA just gained one. **UPDATE** After their AI generated response. I tried to respond to it but of course it wouldn't let me. Y'all say "we thank you for bringing this improvement opportunity to your attention." I brought it to your attention on the phone, in person and when I called your corporate head quarters. Give me a break. What a joke.

Huge thanks to Sebastian, the store manager .He was running the store by himself during icy, below-freezing conditions and still gave excellent customer service. He made sure I was able to get home to my family. Even with the bad weather and being busy, he stayed positive and helpful. Really appreciate the dedication and great service.
