$500 transmission lasted 38 days and was junk. Its a risk buying from a junkyard but I wish they would work with me a little on it. I think from now on I will have my trans rebuilt instead, that's why they call them junk yards.

Staff has changed and they aren’t like they use to be. Can be rude. Prices are too high. I’ve dealt with this place for a very long time. They know that if you want the part that you will pay regardless of how rude or over priced their used parts are. They tried charging $1,100 to a man for a 5.3 out of an 02 Chevy, I paid 435$ for the same engine from RPM in flint with less miles that what saginaw rpm was selling. They tried to sell me doors off a 2010 Nissan Altima for 150$ each that we’re damaged but repairable. I paid 200$for each door at saginaw Auto recyclers in like new condition. This place needs a reality check for sure. It’s not like it use to be.

I don't go here unless I'm desperate. Customer service is awful. Gotta call 3-4 times to get a simple answer for if they have something or for if its ready. Then once you get there, you stand in line forever with no care from anyone working the counter. You stand there as they take call after call after call and done care how long you've waited for someone to assist you. This place is a joke

The people who work there are really nice! They don't post anywhere, but their yard closes at 4:30 which can be really inconvenient. Organization in the yard is a mess, but they have fairly decent prices.

I cannot speak on their prices and they're customer service was very good but overall the place was a very disorganized and they could not seem to figure out whether or not they had the part and if they did have the part where it might be. I will go back there in the future and may have a different outcome.

These guys are a dying breed. Very honest, friendly, and have excellent customer service. They honor their parts and service. Some ppl need to have some patients. They are taking several calls while dealing with walk in customers on top of trying to manage time pulling parts and inventory. If you can't understand that then it's obvious the problem is you. I hope to keep doing business with RPM.

Guy behind them counter has one job.... Sell parts.. called him , ya we have the part, drove 30 miles, and he says best I can do is order it for you, might wanna check your career choice!

Mr Michael the owner and Mr bill the part specialist went above and beyond for me I could not find a front differential for my truck I needed a certain one for it and they found it for me the price was very fair and there service was exceptional I would highly recommend this place to anyone for parts very great staff and out goin they keep ya smiling I am very pleased if you need correct parts and a fair price this is where u need to be goin ty Mr Mike and Mr bill and staff

I've only been here three times but every time they have gone above and beyond to help me with my car. I had a warranty claim and they took care of it immediately with no problems. I needed a hard to find part and they located it promptly. The customer service is impeccable. Real nice guys. I'm disabled and they even help me install a battery.
