My son bought a vehicle from a dealership in November. Lasted 6 weeks maybe after putting an additional $1,000 into it. We thought maybe junk it. But I got talking to a family member and he recommended Lowell at best automotive repair to check it out. We take in and we’re thinking the worst that it can’t be fixed. Not only did they repair the engine, they gave it a once over to make sure there were no other issues. And the price of the repair came in under quote. Thank you Lowell and staff for a superb job. Will be bringing vehicles back again. Will highly recommend to family and friends

Best Auto really does live up to their name. I personally don’t like taking my car anywhere else but Best Auto because literally they are the best. They have done some really great work on my Prius the last couple years and are always very prompt, friendly and very reliable. Thanks for all you do!

They stole a BB gun out of my glove box while working on my car, I definitely have some hatred towards there company and employees because of it. Just be aware that something there is stealing out of cars and getting away with it. I was told the owner did the work on my vehicle, do what you wish with this information.

Took my car in for what I thought was a wheel bearing going out. They diagnosed the rattling noise I was dealing with and fixed both stabilizer bars, did it quick, did it cheap and now my vehicle rides like brand new. Oh and it wasn’t a wheel bearing it was grit/rust on my brake/rotor but they fixed that as well. Informed me it wasn’t anything to worry about right now and have it done when I have brakes replaced. Can’t stress this enough in todays environment when you find someone who is honest and thorough stick with them. Lowell and the mechanics at Best Auto are honest, thorough and reasonably priced.

As an ex- mechanic I normally do all my own automotive work. There is not a single part on a standard 4x4 combustion engine vehicle (think… Jeep Wrangler type vehicles) that I have not laid my hands on in some form or fashion. When I was a mechanic and worked on other’s vehicles, I would jokingly give them my “Keller Guarentee” because my work doesn’t fail (and I’m not knocking on wood or crossing my fingers). I’ve always taken extreme pride in my work, which is why I always guaranteed my work. Anyway… on to my point. When there’s any reason I can’t do the work myself (e.g. I don’t have the specific tool, it’s freezing outside and I don’t have a garage, I don’t have the extra time, etc.), I always, and ONLY, take my vehicles to Best Automotive Repair.

My son goes to college up at Saginaw Valley (offers a student discount) and he had a busted lower control arm. These guys dragged his car into their shop during a terrible snow storm and had it all fixed within a couple days. Great customer service and pricing, I highly recommend these guys!
