I went in there unannounced because my car began to act funny driving down the expressway. I was 2 hours from home and in a panic. The employee stopped what he was doing to run a diagnostic scan on my car to fix it. He was able to at least get me back on the road and home. I am so grateful that is where I decided to pull into today. Thank you so much!!!!

I own a 2005 BMW 325ci. These are not the easiest vehicles to get serviced in the Saginaw area, as few shops have the knowledge and expertise to preform repairs. The gentleman at Beyer's were very clear on what the could and could not do (anything involving the security system on a BMW has to be done by a dealer). They went above and beyond to find the correct part. When they were unable to locate it from their normal sources, they contacted me with a revised fee quote, explained the reason for the new fee and requested my permission before proceeding with the repair. Once I approved it, they had me back on the road in less than 48 hours (had to wait for the part to ship). My experience with Beyer's has been outstanding and I will not hesitate to come back the next time I need something.

Don't go here, crooks! Still stalls, I still have problems. U joints, front end work, power steering, lube, a/c... I have money set aside for repairs. I guess I'll take it to M & R or other next time. My truck broke down again. You like many others didn't discover. My fuel retaining tabs were missing. This is why every time I start it wouldn't stay running. It wasn't getting enough fuel. Someone put zip ties in. Last Sunday. It was gushing out fuel. Truck sounded really bad. I found out yesterday I can get them without replacing the lines. I had towed home & $112. Should of had tow me to Auto Zone. All together I lost $162. It don't take ½ hour to reconnect the battery. I must of fixed it, when I cleaned the wires on the solenoid and the starter. Whatever. I'm getting a bump sticker to avoid Buyers Service Center. They will rip you off. Maybe I will, maybe I won't. This is what I believe was the real problem. I don't drive with my battery cables disconnected. If I had connected. You probably still would of charged me $50. "Nothing wrong with it, $50"

Getting my car repaired here was by far the smoothest experience I've ever had at any auto shop. We had a pricey component go, and after getting estimates at other local shops, an acquaintance recommended we give Beyer's a call. Everyone I interacted with, over the phone and in person, was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived, they even had a homey candle burning in the office and couple of relaxed dogs greeted me on my way in. My car was taken back promptly at the scheduled appointment time, and they finished up the job within their estimated service window just as promised. Rick went above and beyond by looking through all available suppliers and pulling through on a great price for an expensive electronic part. I'll absolutely return here for all future service needs. Pleasant, trustworthy auto repair folks like the team at Beyer's are hard to find! I wish I'd known about them years ago.

These guys are great. My parents have used Beyer's Service Center since i was a little kid. Now that I'm an adult with four kids, I still trust my vehicles to them. They will diagnose the problem, fix it, and not try to sell you on thousands of dollars of "extra" services other commercial businesses will. I will continue to take my vehicles here indefinitely, and you should too!

My daughters were getting ready to come home this weekend from SVSU, when the thermostat on their car went. Being in the metro Detroit area, we are not familiar with any of the auto shops in the Saginaw area. I called up Rick at Beyer’s, and he said that they could do it within the next day or two. They quoted us a fair price, treated my daughter real well, and the car was finished the next day. Glad we have a place we can depend on in the Saginaw area as well

I would get nothing done from here. Couldnt seem to quote me for what I was asking for they just quoted what they wanted. After correcting what I was asking for they insisted they fix what they originally quoted me for plus what I asked for. Told me with out ever looking at my car that it was all rusty and that all would have to be replaced. Take your money elsewhere where.
