Very weird the guy from Progressive called talking about are rental. Saying there not going to pay for it. When I'm the one paying out of pocket ! It's none of his business what I do with my rental! It doesn't concern you Mark from Progressive! They are real nosey at that place. Go to Al Serra give better deals don't care about credit issue to much! Progressive I Insurance need to tell there employees to stay in there on lane! Stay out of people business Mark from Garner Buick!!😀

Little to no communication about my car they had for three weeks. Called me only to ask why my car wouldn't shift.... Hmmmm. Maybe because it was in an accident.... Went to pick up my car and there was a warning light still. Issue isn't resolved. Grill was backordered so they sent me without it. A week later, still no grill and no call. Terrible experience

My insurance had me bring my car here after i hit a deer. I specifically asked that the front bumper was going to be replaced, he said yes. Was supposed to pick up my vehicle the 12th. It wasnt ready until the 13th and then they didnt replace the bumper they repaired it. I personally wont be bringing my vehicle back to them.

These guys are having a tough time. Took my truck there after a fender bender. The clear coat had air bubbles in it. They forgot to screw the bed liner in and never put the spring tension back in the tailgate for the easy open assist..... I took it back and they put everything together the second time. The clear coat still had air bubbles in it but I didnt want to miss more work to let them try the third time..... Not the best paint job I've ever had.

I'm sure they are just fantastic when it comes to working on Buick and other GMC cars. If you have a Ford or any other brand DO NOT USE, even if your insurance company states you should. Went there for a simple job, but had to go back to have them fix their faulty work the first time. They also did damage to the wiring in my vehicle and my insurance will not cover the cost to fix. They did work with me to fix the faulty blinker that they had stated was fixed the first time but wasn't, but it was not easy to get a mechanic in the door before 8:00 even though they state they open at 7:30. If you can, I would find another place to do your work. I certainly wish I did.

While it was pricey, the price depends on how bad the damage is. But you can also pay a down payment then pay the rest after the repairs are done which is very helpful. I went to them to replace my front bumper and man did they do such an amazing job. I wish I had a before picture cause the transformation is amazing. All and all, I recommend them to anyone and will come back here if I ever need too. Thanks again Garber Buick Collision Center!

We had a horrible experience, my husband hit a deer with his truck our insurance company wanted us to have it taken to Garber. We got it back and it had no oil in it the coolant was low. So if my husband didn’t decide to check the fluids before he had to drive an hour to work the engine would have blown. Also the grill was very crooked and the steering is all messed up! Had to fight with multiple people on the phone to get it back in and have it fixed right…..get it back again and it’s still not right! They do a half ass job there and it’s not right. I definitely do not recommend going to them for anything.
