We recently arrived in Logan, Utah as part of a road trip that began in New Port Richey, Florida. On the day we drove from Wyoming to Logan, our 2022 Ford F-150 suddenly lost cruise control and experienced a drop in speed—right in the middle of a remote stretch of Wyoming highway with few places to stop or get help. Thankfully, we made it to Logan and headed straight to the local Ford dealership to see if they could determine whether the issue was minor or something more serious. With a two-week road trip ahead, we needed answers before moving on to our next destination. The dealership ran a diagnostic check but couldn’t provide much insight into the error and didn’t have availability to fit us in. They did take our information in case a cancellation came through. Luckily, we stopped at Brent Allen Automotive. I grew up in Logan, and this was my family’s trusted choice for auto care—and they absolutely came through for us. We popped in without an appointment, and they were able to fit us in, diagnose the issue, and get us back on the road in about two hours. Incredible! This repair—and simply knowing what was wrong—has allowed us to continue the trip we spent a year planning. That’s what real customer service looks like, and we can’t thank Brent Allen Automotive enough for helping us keep our adventure on track.

This was by far my best experience when it has come to fixing my car. They did take a bit to get to my car (dropped it off Thursday morning, they weren't able to do diagnostics until Monday morning) but they were clear that that would be the expected timeline when I dropped it off. They were clear with me about explaining my cars issues and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. They didn't try to talk me into doing anything, just gave me their findings and let me choose what I wanted. When I went to pick up my car, they were waiting for me even though I got there right at closing. Despite it being late they made sure everything was done and to my satisfaction. Even quickly running emissions so I could renew my registration. I really appreciated everyone there and the work they did and will certainly be back.

Excellent service! We had an electrical issue with our wiring harness a couple months ago and recently had a broken axle they replaced. They usually figure out an issue within 24hrs and have parts ordered and your vehicle fixed within a couple days!

These guys were great! Super kind, super fast, the prices were higher than I'm used to, but they did a good job and knew what they were talking about. I'll pay an extra $30 for security. I wrote this previous review because of a misunderstanding with Brent Allen Auto. Jason gave me a call and very politely tried to understand my side of the story. He then explained his side as far as he knows and I really appreciated the call. To me the name of a company is in how they treat their customers, especially when things don't go as planned. Thank you Jason for giving me a call and trying to understand! _ To be honest, I am disappointed in my service. Your mechanic broke my Tension Pulley on your watch and due to the break the Serpentine belt is now damaged and needs to be replaced because the belt caught on the broken piece and broke the belt. I understand mistakes happen but the service I received lacked. I would have expected some discount or compensation but no I was told it would be $600 to fix it. And that it would have broken anyway. I have had Brent Allen service multiple cars for me and was very happy with their past service. But after this last experience I will not be coming back. _ Jason is very polite and is doing what he can do to make it right. Thanks Mike

Took my truck here for an emissions check. Cost was $35 as of late 2025. I was in and out in about 15min. Quick and simple. They also have a waiting area with some drinks and candies if you want them which is always a plus.
