I own a 2004 Landrover Discovery II, as most know, this vehicle has a few issues... I used to take my Disco to the dealership, which do not get me wrong they do a fantastic job, but pricing is too rich for my blue collar life. I have had my power steering unit, electrical, and gasket work done here, and might I say the work is exceptional. On top of the work that they have done, they have taken the time to inspect other trouble areas common with my vehicle, which has given me an idea of what is coming up. On top of being efficient with timely estimates, great pricing, and work scheduling, the personnel are absolutely friendly, professional, and above all...legitimately honest (just plain good people). I had a pre-purchase inspection done on a Porsche 911 Turbo S. I live on the other side of the country and had to buy the vehicle site unseen. Jeremy, Alex, & Dean were all fantastic to deal with. Dean spent over 45 minutes with me after the inspection going through the report. He gave me the peace of mind I needed to make a 6-figure vehicle purchase. Extremely knowledgeable and very detailed report. Thank you UPDATE: When I receive the car the passenger side rear seat lumbar support was missing. It was actually missing from the original advertisement pictures from the dealership which claimed they didn't know it was missing also. This part is $1500 from Porsche. Thankfully I was able to find a similar one on eBay for substantially less. The fuse was also blown for the 12V chargers and cigarette lighter so I couldn't charge my devices. These 2 item were overlooked by the technician but he seems to have caught the major stuff.

1st time using this shop. I just purchased this GT3 and wanted it inspected and the oil changed. Great clear communication upfront, thorough service and notes on the car. Even replaced my key fob battery without asking. Alex was accommodating getting the car in and had time to talk and help me understand the shops history and some of the different technicians and their history as well. They were referred by a friend and the estimate process was more professional and efficient than the local dealership. Do you have a British, Italian or German car with more issues than a teenage girl? more leaks than a senior citizen? With a tune worse than a grade school band. ? I did for sure and the qualified team at BIG Motors Boise found and fixed all the issues with my highly modified 09 BMW 335xi n54. Zach and his large well trained team took the time to find the real, real problems! communicating all the time with me and going out of their way to save me money. This has been a 6 year long multi shop,multi engine and multi state project. I’m glad to finally find a shop with the knowledge and continuous training to keep up with my baby and sure yours! This place is the gold standard for service, quality of work and over all really care about the customers needs. I just had to say if you had a car as bad as mine given back truly complete you would leave a review like this also. sometime you just can’t say thank you enough! Stop going anywhere else BIG Motor Boise will save you money, time and stress in the long run. The place is legit the real deal.

I feel that there could have been better communication involved on both ends, hence why we only docked one star! It’s rare that it takes 3+ hours for a scheduled oil changed in this technological day and age, yet it’s true! We made a phone call to schedule an oil change on a car that has been denied at multiple locations so we are very thankful that someone in the valley is willing to change the oil in our car. Doesn’t sound like many people are willing to touch a Maserati, even though it’s 20 years “new” and only 40,000 miles. My husband scheduled a drop off at 1:30 yet we found out later that meant the car was supposed to get there from 1:30-2:30pm and then it would take another 2 hours for them to change the oil in our car. Yet, this was 3+ hours later that someone explained all of that to us…glad I brought a book! Not sure I would pay $400 again for another oil change and just sit there for 3+ hours! #maybetheonlyonestotouchit #notretiredwithnothingtodoquiteyet #damnicouldhavehadapedicure

This shop is seriously top tier with everything they do. They are always so thorough, careful, detailed, and knowledgeable and I wouldn’t trust my cars anywhere else but here! I have owned European cars for many years and am plenty well versed in their typical problems and the extensive maintenance that they require. British Italian German always makes sure to take care of my cars like they’re their own; and for that I’m always so grateful!
