Worse carwash I ever been to. I dont know if it was because there was a lot of people in line but when they vacuumed inside they did not take the garbage out. After they washed the car left it practically wet and now that we got home we noticed that they also left the rings dirty as you can see in the picture attached. SMH š¤¦š½āāļø!

Went for a si ple wash after a huge flock bird decided to use my car as their porcelain throne. They did a great job washing my car but couldn't gdt off the bird residue thefirst time. So they had me go around again. Co.oleted the second go round and much appreciated.

Brought my bmw m2 in for an oil change, everything was simple and easy and quick and the workers even allowed me to stand there and watch as my oil and filter was being changed. Now the thing that bugged me and why Iām giving a two star rating. I was up over charged by $30 just bc brought my own oilā¦. I was completely unaware at the moment that I would not only be charged for labor but for bringing my own oil smhā¦. Iām a car enthusiast, I know whatās good for my car and I will never throw in cheap oil which i am sure what theyāll do knowing most shops either do that or overfill it with oil and possibly ruin the longevity of my motor hence why I buy my own.

I won't be coming back to this place again. I opted in for a #3 car wash since I went on a Saturday it was the highest option available. The #3 includes: "full service wash PLUS, triple foam wax, hot wax, undercarriage, rust inhibitor, wheel brite, and tires shined". My car was about 15% cleaner on the outside and dirtier on the inside. I have tan interior and tan weather-proof mats. They didn't place any sheets on top of my mats prior to sitting and stepping into my car with their dirty muddy boots. It should be obvious that with tan interior you should be cautious as everything shows. I had just cleaned my mats only to have them leave a puddle of dirty water on the driver side. Idk what wax they used but I didn't see a difference. Tire Shine? The gentleman sprayed the tires and did a quick wipe. The small shop has a decent selection of car smelling items and accessories but I'd honestly wait to buy them at large retailer for a cheap price. I think those who have a great experience with this place are regulars like cab drivers who may have a relationship with the staff. Anyone else is getting the bare minimum. For the price, I paid I could've gone to Unico Auto Detailing in the BX and known they'd take better care of my car for about the same price. DO NOT COME HERE.

I have to place this comment in here, and photos from Saturday 6/12. I made a complaint with the Manager regarding my driver side running board, it was damaged as it came out of the wash area conveyor. At first he made a lot of incoherent reasonings that I plainly do not accept. He insisted that I call a COP on this incident. I said, it is a simple thing to do to proved my point and for him to rebut my complain is to check the entrance camera recording, He went inside of their establishment to ācheckedā. When he came back, Few moments after he ReASONED that he canāt access with the Cam recording cause his Boss, the owner have the access to the recording(?) and hasnāt arrive yet, what a lousy excused. He the MANAGER of this well established car wash service doesnāt have the access to a simple detail in their establishment? Well anyways he asked me to leave my number and name and they will reach me. And I asked him when would I expect them to contact me? He said, about an hour. Well been 4days now havenāt heard from them. That is why I made this review on them. Please be reminded, Iāve been rendered service by the establishment for 2years all went well until this incident happened, I expected decency from them, specially the MANAGER. I was not hoping for anything much except for decency I should be getting as their PAYiNG COSTUMER. (Bad handling of a complaint)

Good prices for oil changes. Fifteen points check and free car wash with oil service. Quite quick work with wide selections of motor oils and other fluids . Clean bathroom available which is hard to find in other places with similar services. The most expensive version of car wash is 30.75 six star service with triple foam wax , hot wax, undercarriage,,rush inhibitor, wheel brute (rims shined) , complete armor all plastic mats (four washed) ,rain ox treatment hand wax done by hand while you wait. VIP program is available for car wash and oil changes with a price of 10$ a year. It gives you a discount for both services. All tlc drivers should know this spot . Highly recommended.

Worst place I ever came to. Thereās poor management I mean they donāt even speak English. They look lost and were rude to me. The manager a blond woman I spoke to was very unprofessional I mean how can they have someone like that working in a place where itās suppose to be for customers. The cashiers donāt even speak English. Who run this place. Very unprofessional and rude to customers .

TERRIBLE service. Manager and a few of the cleaners are incredibly rude. The inside of my car was filthy when I got it back. Nothing was cleaned AT ALL. I also heard someone peel the pit bull magnet off of the back of my car when they went to go dry it, and the manager and the cleaners outright denied this THIEVERY. The manager even claimed they put two of the other magnets back on the back of my car, when that was an outright lie because those were never taken off of my car to begin with. This place is ABSOLUTE TRASH. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very good cleaning service in the Inwood neighborhood in upper Manhattan/Bronx. Good prices and great location. There are many mixed reviews on the quality of their service but I can only say if you do a simple car wash only they are very solid and consistently do a good job on this work, youāll see many Taxi drivers also use this service. They do not take apple pay but cash and cards are accepted. Itās a hard thing to find a place like this in Manhattan so Iām Very grateful for this place still being around and in business

Good luck getting any interior cleanup there. They don't even try. A quick vacuum, plus whatever the machines clean up outside, and off we go. Give your 20 bucks, and "...NEXT !!!" The oil change is good though, and they have Royal Purple. Good.

There are better car washes. I want to like this place because they seem to do all the right things. They vacuum the interior of your car( have you wait in their shop, while they drive your car through to you and multiple people dry to give you a āquickā service. As a monthly subscriber for their unlimited basic wash. It truly is basic but even with a basic wash, I will still find remnants of the bird poop I was hoping to come off, and other stains that with a little elbow grease (pressure wash) i hope would come off. Based on the reviews Iām dubious to upgrade to a super wash. Thereās also, if the basic is lacking what confidence do I have for the super.. On the other hand the staff appears to be nice, cordial and they work hard fr. (It may seem contradictory, but the workers at the end of the wash for my visits have been quick about drying and I appreciate that) Please tip if you can! Lastly, they have the perfect spot for a wash. Itās in the cut and not taking up too much space so that they cause traffic. Random location appreciation.

Both good and bad. The place is very nice. It is accommodating. It has a little shopping place with an expresso bar. The mechanic was very nice, and the oil change service was excellent. What I did NOT like is the car wash. They left my mat very dirty and did not clean certain places inside. This is why I gave it 4/5. Overall is a good place for the price.

I had to make an account just to leave a review. The worst car wash I've ever had. Paid for an interior cleaning, still left garbage in the car. Wet stains from dirty rags. Only put shine on one tire. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!

I donāt usually like to post good or bad reviews I been going to this car wash for 6 years last month i took my brand new car for an oil change the guy that changed my oil barley spoke English he added more oil and I told him to stop while he was pouring the last bottle now I had oil all over my map sensor and air hoses Iām only writing this to help the owner to so he can better his reputation of course the pictures are after I cleaned his mess

They wash the car well, the only issue is that they clean the mats whenever thay wants, I'm more of a user who values āācleanliness, and they have a mess with the mats. They're only available when they feel like it, and sometimes they're not. I think they should have the mats service available from the moment the business opens.

I have been to many car washes before and never experienced a piece of my car falling off. After going through the exterior wash, I noticed a piece of my handle was taken off. The staff was not accommodating and offered no solutions. It was only after I asked them to look inside the car wash that they supposedly ālooked for it" and "checked." They seemed more focused on helping other customers. Will never come here again!
