This place is run by hustlers. Geico recommended I go there after my accident for repairs. They fixed my vehicle in an appropriate time frame. When I went to pick it up... the vehicle looked brand new BUT the brake light, ABS light, and traction control lights were all on. I went back inside to ask the owner about why the lights were on and he told me that it's because something is wrong with my rear braking system which was not as a result of the accident. He was correct in that respect. However I cannot respect a company that would let me leave with a vehicle that knowingly had issues and did not inform me. He knew that my car had problems with it and only addressed my concerns when I questioned him about it. In addition I wanted to have them replace my side mirror. The dealership quoted me $500, valenca quoted me $250, and I found it in Amazon for $60 free 2- day shipping. They did a great job on my car's body work but I simply don't trust them and that's why I'm giving them 1 star.

It took 6 days to change a fender and fix a 3 inch scratch on the door. Then called me up and told me my car was ready. I took a quick look at the car and left in a hurry because I had so many errands to run after waiting 6 day (eight including the weekend). When I got home I noticed the garage had not put on the fender trim on the new fender. I went back and the guy I had dealt tells me “That’s was an aftermarket part that is NO LONGER AVAILABLE” My responds was furious. (1) because he didn’t say anything about it when I picked the car up, which he should have. (2) Because he should have CALLED me to tell me he could not find the part. His response to my anger was “If you can find the part bring it to me and I will have my guys install it.. WELL, it took me ALL of 5 minutes to find the part ONLINE. An EXACT match. I ordered the part and received it 3 days later. NEEDLESS to say I will not be bringing the car back to this garage. If they make such little effort to make sure the customer is COMPLETELY satisfied and make little to NO EFFORT to find a part that ANYONE not in the business of auto repair can find, then I will take my business elsewhere. The reality is that the part simply goes on with double sided tape and I will do it myself. I was even able to order it with the color matching code.

The repair took longer than expected which caused me to pay out of pocket for my rental. The repair was to replace a damaged rear lift gate. Now when it closes, it is not properly aligned and at times I need to force it to close. The staff never called me for an update, even though they say they would. And at times, simply lied to me. I was referred to them by my insurance provider, Progressive. Needless to say Progressive is no longer my Ins. provider. Never again...

Reputable business, Lou the owner will always get involved in everything to make sure customer services are always operating at its best. Work done in cars here are done so well that when you get your vehicle back it doesn't look like it was EVER hit. My car needed repairing on two different occasions. Each time was great. Very professional and did a wonderful job repairing my suv. the third time around not so professional. Had my vehicle for three weeks not once called to provide me with any type of update about my vehicle then when I called at the beginning of the third week, i told my vehicle will be ready by Friday. Friday comes, I'm waiting no one even call me to give me update about my vehicle. Then around 1pm I call and someone states they will call me in a hour to tell me about my vehicle but I never receive a telephone call from anyone. Then when I call security informs me they are closed. Never again!!!!!

Awesome job! Came to NYC to visit family. Car was vandalized while here. And ended up at Valanca thru Prog. They didn't let me down! Professional, kind and prompt. Clean establishment! Mike and the staff are awesome! ! !Yes, they had it looking like new after such a horrible experience. It took 30 days considering the situation (parts etc) however it was just in time for the rental to be turned in. I can't be happier.😀

Worst place you can go ever. Don’t know what they are doing and had my car for 3 months for a vandalism that wasn’t even bad. All they really had to do was change a light. Then when I call they lady at the desk had the only attitude. My car been there since Jan 23 to the end of March. Plus it came back with damage it never had and my side mirrors don’t work anymore. To add they took my car to 2 different shops for a head light problem because they couldn’t fix it

10/10 100% recommend I was in a 3 car accident a few days before thanksgiving and Geico set me up with valanca for the repair . They estimated about 3-4 weeks for the repair & i will say i got my car back in about 3 1/2 weeks which is amazing . This was my first accident in my 9 yr driving career , mike & stacy were very helpful and honest to help calm my fears down about the repairs . Mike you did and amazing job on my car thank you !

My only complaint from here is that the receptionist was very misleading when I first called. I called before taking my car here and she assured me it would take one or two days to fix an airbag on my car. She assured me that Honda parts come in fast and I shouldn’t worry that it won’t take long. I expected to only get a rental for a week tops. They kept my car for 20 days. Despite calling numerous times they seemed to get annoyed towards the end. I was fed up and confronted her about telling me it was going to take 2 days and she completely denied she said that. I was furious that she lied just to get my car in. After that call my car was ready the same day. Other than that my car came out great. I was surprised at how fast a repair would take and that is what made me take my car there. Also they have the Geico express there with them.

I have gotten rear ended by a Truck. I will give this shop 10/10. They were professional, respectful, & honest with the time frame my car will be ready. I will get text updates & every time I called, the receptionist was very sweet. They took such good care of my car. 10/10 I can’t recommend this place enough. My passenger side door got badly dented and really scuffed up, I brought it into Valanca’s and I had my car back in less than a week and it looked AMAZING, you would never know that I was in an accident. Also, everyone who works in the shop was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with during this process. If I ever need something else done to my car I am 100% bringing it back here, I won’t bring it anywhere else
