Recently had my VW Jetta tower here after having a mechanical breakdown and the diagnostic work and troubleshooting provided by the shop and Alex was phenomenal. The shop provided an incredible detailed breakdown of my vehicle and provided an estimate for the cost of repair within 24 hours of them receiving the vehicle, which is incredible. I am very thankful for this place and will definitely be brining my future vehicles here for repair if needed.

I first came here a month ago to have my vehicle looked at because of weird shaking. They did a 49 point inspection, complete with pictures and video. It turns out, my drive train had broken. They were able to locate and install a replacement part for my 14 year old vehicle, all before noon! This week I returned for ball joint replacements, which had been identified in the prior month's diagnosis. Again, the wait time was minimal. I have never had photo or video "proof" of findings before, which gives me peace of mind because I can "see it for myself. " The findings are noted in a red/ yellow/ green pattern, showing what needs immediate attention, what is coming up and what's good to go. It's also nice to be able to wait on premises for my vehicle. They have a waiting room with plenty of outlets and free wifi. This has restored my recently broken trust in mechanics. Most importantly, I am safe to be on the road again and equipped with knowledge of my vehicle for the future.

Good experience, had an inspection done a while ago and recently got my tie rod replaced and an alignment. Fair prices, I'd say good but I'm not super familiar with auto repair pricing in the area, though they seemed to have better prices that other places I've been to in Henrietta. They are good at explaining what needs to be done, how quickly, and how bad it is. Parking is a bit confusing but if you have an appt I think you park in front of the garage. Also pretty quick appointments, both in how long you wait and especially how quick you can get an appointment. Broccolo is definitely going to be top of the list for any future repairs.

The guys here were so amazing ! I have an older car and they took great care of her ! She gave them some trouble a couple times but solved it immediately! Communication was on point as well. They even helped me out with some winter tires which I will be forever grateful for ! 10/10 will come back again, but hopefully not any time soon! Haha!

I went there after one of my friends recommended it because I had a broken taillight so I expected them to see what the issue was. Basically, that’s it. Still, nope they ended up looking around and took a lot of pictures to show what I need to know about even they included the videos for some things that I don’t know which is really cool. They fixed the broken taillight and a few stuff and they left me highly satisfied. I’ll go back again in the future for sure!!!

The team at the Broccolo shop really care about the work they do and who they do it for. My family cannot function without out vehicles and Mr. Broccolo dose what needs to be done to keep us going. They diagnose the problems and educate me on what and when maintenance is required and oh my goodness when something of ours breaks down they know how to handle it. Scheduling the work and working schedule with meticulous documentation is amazing and appreciated. The quotes are easy and straight-forward and sent to me electronically so I can just click approved and keep moving on with my life. He always goes above and beyond and doing something a little exta for free. Broccolo Automotive did an amazing job on my car. They replaced my catalytic converter/exhaust, and later on they also replaced my engine mount and my left CV axle. Everything was done professionally and the car has been running great. What I really liked is their communication — they kept me updated, explained what was wrong, and even sent pictures with details showing why parts needed to be replaced. That honestly made it easy to trust them. Great service, honest work, and strong communication. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs. I’ll be coming back in the future if I need anything else done.
