I had gone to Firestone at this location for almost a decade. Recently, I brought my car in for an oil change, inspection and alignment. After 1.5 hours, I receive my car back with a new check engine light, no alignment, failed inspection and no one can even tell me if they changed my oil. After SEVERAL chats with management, it took 2 weeks to figure out what they actually did to my car and then tried to charge me $300 to diagnose the check engine light they turned on. I will absolutely not be returning to this Firestone, and after the customer service I received no location at all is deserving of our business.

Took truck for brakes and 2 front tires. Picked up truck, asked if test drove it. Said yes. Took truck for ride around block truck worse than when I gave it to them. They lied about testing it. Left truck, came next day, said fixed, asked did they test drive it, said yes, couldn't have the ABSSystem was locking up on the right front wheel. Had a neighbor who is a certified mechanic look at it. Said should have never left shop. Said guy lied no way he test drove it. He unplugged ABS connector car worked fine. Now they are saying they didn't do it. Never will I ever come back here. Manager has no business running this place. Big money grab. And they said I needed a master cylinder and break booster, for $1896. Guess what not the problem, just ABS sensor.

Bad service. They lied to me about looking at my truck. My truck looked like it sat outside from the time it was dropped off til it got picked up and took to new car shop. Tried to charge me over $1,000 for work even though I was told they only did a half a diagnostic. They left my truck unlocked for the world to go through it. My items were stolen. The mechanic his self said “ it be bums in the area that probably look through all the cars”. Killed my brand new battery. I asked for videos or proof that something happened to my truck while in their care and the manager told me “they don’t have cameras around the building”

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I will NEVER be returning to this shop ever again. We made an appointment a day ahead of time using the mobile app for two winter tires put on and a wheel alignment. We bring our car in the next day on Wednesday at 4pm, they tell us they only have one of the tires in stock so we leave it overnight and they tell us it should be finished by noon at the latest the next day. Noon comes around and we haven't heard anything so we called, they said they were still waiting on the tire and it would be done in the next hour around 1pm. 1pm comes, then 2pm, 3pm, 4pm finally 5pm we call them again only to be put on hold. Finally someone answers the phone and they told us our car has been ready since 1pm and NO ONE CALLED!! They said we should have known it was ready at 1pm when we called earlier and they said it would be done in the next hour. Our entire day was wasted as we only have one vehicle. Then we ask for our total before we go to pick it up, they say with the tire repair for the flat tire (we did NOT have a flat tire before bringing it in and NO ONE CALLED TO ASK ABOUT GETTING IT REPAIRED) it's over $1000 for two tires and an alignment!?! (They read us the wrong invoice even though they already confirmed our name and vehicle) Then they proceed to tell us they didn't know we requested an alignment!!! It's now 5:30pm, the shop closes at 7pm and the alignment still has not been done when we "should have known" it was done at 1pm. We finally make our way down to the shop by 6:10pm and our car is still sitting in the parking lot. They finally pull our car in for the alignment at 6:30pm and we walk out with our car at 7:10pm. I check the tires, and they are the weathergrip tires NOT the winterforce 2 tires I had requested!!

They're incompetent and lack comprehension. Our vehicle had no TPSM issues, we just needed new tires.bI brought them 4 wheels to replace the tires due to the belt being exposed, and they did it, gave us back the tires, and we installed them ourselves. The vehicle was no longer reading the tire pressure. So I went back to them and told them the issue, they said drive 20-25 miles and it will adjust. That didn't sound right, as the sensors are not linking to the car's computer system. But we did. Put 40 miles on, same issue. Told them about it, they did a scan and we had a left rear tire sensor with a weak battery, which we knew already prior but it still worked. So they claimed to replace the sensor and rendered a discount since they have a bad habit of finishing the work and then not calling me for 4+ hours or having me sit out in the lobby for 2+ hours waiting on an alignment. Which is what happened Saturday (June 21, 2025). So I get home, our Lexus ES350 2016 is still not reading the tire pressure and it still isn't resetting from the button under the steering wheel. So I call again, even my wife mentioned the issue to the Store Manager when she came in with another vehicle, a scraggly white guy with glasses, and he says bring it in. I know from experience, schedule an appointment or my vehicle risk sitting there for days. So I scheduled for June 24th at 9 but brought it in at 730 AM and my vehicle sat there until I called around 1 pm checking the status. The store manager ran another scan on the sensor and confirmed it's dead, so he says he will replace it for free. They "must have installed a bad sensor." I get there at 1 PM after being told me car has been ready and waiting on me after I called to check the status, despite nobody calling me, and same issue. Now this guy switched from the sensor and starts talking about the yellow tire pressure light. I asked if he changed out the sensor, he said no. Claims Angel (another staff member I've been having issues with with lack of customer service) took it on a test drive "and he must drove that last few miles because the light is off." What light? I never came in here talking about a light. I brought 4 wheels needing tire replacements and then brought my vehicle the next day for an alignment. No light was ever on. But he lies and said the TPSM was on, and that I "brought him a vehicle with the tires installed against its rotation." I mean, I get that I'm a female but mechanic work is simple for anyone with a working brain. I was Motor Transportation in the Marine Corps so at the very least, I can install tires. Properly. But he continues to lie. He's given lie after lie after lie. And I paid $80 for a "new sensor" that he claimed was bad and I seen him scan it with the machine so how all of a sudden this sensor isn't bad and it's another issue you cannot fathom.? I even asked them, what do you look at when you get into the car, cause clearly not the dashboard. They've been chasing the yellow tire pressure light and installing sensors, even though they claim to not know why the vehicle isn't reading the tire pressure. They have a tendency to charge for work they don't do and I believe they never changed the sensor.

First I would like to say that this store has made a massive turn around in impressive time. Second John the store manager was very helpful and informative about my daughters car. He helped with finding deals to being honest on truly what was wrong. Third Tuck was a gentleman while I was there that was very helpful and genuine as well. He was awesome to interact with. I booked an appointment to get an inspection sticker ,I think waited 2 hours for them (Aaron & Andrew) to take me in the back and tell me my truck failed when I just got it ! Told me when I fix my sway bar (THAT WAS NOT BROKEN) I can come back and reinspect it. I then gave my father whom is a mechanic and was working at the time a call, he looked over the paperwork and said they failed me for no reason because my truck is fine !! I called back and spoke to Andrew who helped me in the first place and told him he will be reported to the dmv. He then told me he’ll pass it right away and to bring my truck in asap. He tried to accommodate me by offering a free oil change and a donut , unprofessional service and highly upset with the outcome. If it wasn’t for my dad , I would’ve been paying them 650 for NO REASON ! SCAM ARTIST!!
