I can’t see enough good things about Rick and Matt. My husband brought his truck in to get one of his rims fixed/replaced. After determining it couldn’t be fixed, Rick and Matt made some calls to try and order a new rim. Turned out that exact rim was discontinued. My husband was so upset until a few days went by and he got a call from the guys saying the called everywhere they could and found ONE rim left in the entire country and it was being shipped in. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my husband got what he needed and I know he is forever grateful! Thanks Matt and Rick for your dedication to customer satisfaction!

The parts store had exactly what I needed, and the gentleman there was extremely helpful. I later realized that I paid quite a bit more for the parts than I would have for the same thing on Amazon but I'm happy to support a local business and it was also worth it to not have to wait for the parts to be shipped to me. The repair shop was great too. It was a Friday afternoon and they had a couple vehicles in the shop but were able to fit mine in. The tech came up with a pretty ingenious way to solve my problem and had the tools necessary to do so. Everyone was extremely pleasant and they didn't even charge me for the 20 minutes they spent on my truck. This more than offsets the increased cost of the parts. The service I received at both the parts store and the shop was great, and I'd recommend Auto Finishers to anyone looking for paint, detailing products, parts, service or custom work. I just wish they were a bit closer to my home.

I had a remote car starter put on my SUV. The folks there are knowledgeable and friendly. Dropped it off and they had the work done within a few hours. They've been around as long as I can remember. Good service at a fair price.

I've called and left messages multiple times and never gotten a hold of anyone at this place. I even visited their store and they had a sign on the door saying to call the same number they don't answer. They appear to do great work but seem to require Willy Wonk's golden ticket to actually be serviced, very disappointed.

Worst place ever they never answer the phones. They just give you a bunch of runaround. They tell you that they’re going to order your parts and to pick them up Friday then Friday comes after calling a bunch of times because they keep the phone off the hook or whatever cause it keeps saying user busy nonstop And then finally get a hold of somebody. Oh come in Saturday we’re open 12 to 6 here. It is at 4:30 PM. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them since noon so I finally drive over and they’re closed and on the website, it says they’re open worse place ever

Chris was so great. He was attentive and helpful. I picked up a Penske truck. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were short staffed but he still managed the situation very well. I went in to the shop to order rims and Tiffany helped make sure i got the perfect set. They came in sooner than expected and auto finishers had no problem holding them for a couple days, until i could pick them up. When I took the rims to be installed while getting new tires at a tire place, they didn't know how to install them. I called Tiffany for help and she got me scheduled for an install back at auto finishers the next day. Chris took time during the install to show me that the rims are a correct fit, and what was likely going wrong at the other shop. They helped so much, were so nice, and made everything right so quickly. I highly recommend working with them and will definitely be going back!

Overview: - Welcoming/ friendly environment! - Professional! - Good Prices! - Financing option! - Large selection! Reflection: I went here just to browse and ended up leaving with a install date for lift kit, rims and tires. What did for me was the genuine energy I felt just from being there. They don’t try to sell you anything like most places, I feel as if the employees simply found a way to do what they love for a living which made me much more comfortable with my decision. I shared my vision with Rick and he then shared his professional opinion which actually greatly influenced the outcome and I couldn’t be happier with it. I was so happy with my experience that I returned to them 2 weeks later for more business, they’ve now installed 2 10” subwoofers with an 800watt amp which are the highest quality subs and best bass I’ve ever heard in any of my vehicles. The install also looks very clean and professional as expected. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in having their vehicle customized by professionals with expectations of quality work and service. I also recommend them to anyone in need of quality products backed up by an easily redeemable warranty, God forbid you actually need to utilize it.
